Well maintained hotel I stayed at the Sheraton Fairplex for business purposes for two nights. The hotel is very well maintained and has a pleasing aesthetic. I experienced no negative issues whatsoever, and service was prompt and efficient. Room service was very good. The grounds are beautiful as well. This hotel is a great example of what should be expected of an upper mid-range (3.5 star) hotel. I would happily return.

Very nice, comfortable hotel This hotel is extremely well-maintained. From the moment you drive up to it, you get a sense that you'll be staying somewhere nice. It has a high-end look without a high-end price! The landscaping is beautiful, the area is nice, and the staff members are exceptional. I loved our room - all of the rooms are suites, and are incredibly spacious. I truly love that the bathroom can be entered via the bedroom or the living area - genius! The room does not have an actual kitchen, but it has a kitchen area, which was sufficient for our needs - refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. No complaints here! I would certainly stay there again.

Excellent staff and Great for visiting the Claremont colleges We recently stayed here in a one bedroom suite for two nights while on a college tour. The suite has two double beds and a sofa bed, a fridge and a microwave. The sofa bed is the kind that makes you feel every coil. The other area of improvement I feel is the water pressure of the shower. It was very weak and could certainly use some stronger pressure. Despite of these, I am still giving it five stars for the following reasons: 1) it has a great location - a short drive to Claremont for our college tours 2) the room is spacious and otherwise great 3) it has an outdoor pool. Our kids had a great time winding down there after a day’s walking 4) last but definitely not the least, the staff was very nice, accommodating and friendly - my son carelessly left about $150 in cash on an end table in the living area and forgot all about it when we left for the day on the morning. Then after we came back, he remembered it but the money was nowhere to be seen in the room. I thought perhaps the house maid mistook that for a tip, so I called the front desk, apologized for his carelessness and asked if she could look into it. She did, however, the cleaning lady said she did not see any money. Here we had a classic she said/he said situation, and I was ready to write it off. And to my surprise, in the morning of our departure, the front desk staff handed me an envelope with the exact amount that was lost. I applaud the professionalism the staff displayed in the handling of this incidence. By the way, this is also a pet friendly hotel. There is a very nice lawn/park just across the street with the hotel that would be good for dogs to walk/play. All in all, we had a great experience staying in this hotel.

Excellent location for guests attending weddings in La Verne Thank you, Manny for finding us a room to check in early to get ready for a wedding in La Verne. We were looking for a Marriott property and it turns out Sheraton is part of the group. Lovely two-room suite, two double beds. large double sink for mom and adult daughter to get ready. Very safe, clean, and masks required for staff and guests in public areas. Nice pool area on the shady side in the afternoons.

A great weekend getaway in LA County We stayed 1 night as a quick weekend getaway and it was great. The staff was very friendly, especially Nicole who checked us both in and out. The room/suite was so spacious and fully furnished with a microwave, min-frig, coffee, big TV's, etc. We had access to the Club Lounge which offered a very complete and attractive breakfast buffet.
