Nice Getaway! We had a two bedroom unit and we were very happy with it. All the rooms were clean and spacious and had sliding doors out to the balcony which overlooked the pool. The kitchen was nice and contained all the essentials (dishes, pots/pans, etc.). Walmart and Publix are close by for groceries. As there are entrances for each building, elevators and luggage carts, it was easy to get everything to and from your room. Alot to do in the area all within driving distance - casino, beach, Top Golf, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative was that our room was not ready at 4:00, so we went and did our grocery shopping and were notified during it that our room was ready.

Tired resort First time at this resort. We were placed in the Queen Palm building which is off the main property and is basically a 18 unit " motel like" building backing the golf course. Was "OK" but is outdated and had to pull our suitcases over broken asphalt for half a block from main building at checkin. Not what we expected when booking as it looks nothing like the pictures on RCI site. Overall OK but definitely not Gold Crown. They tried to get us to do the "90 minutes max" sales pitch but thankfully we declined. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

20 minutes to Pompano Beach, close to shopping, restaurants & casino We stayed in a 2bedroom, 2bath unit at the Palm-aire, living room, dining room , full kitchen w/ washer/dryer & great balcony that overlooked the pool. Palm-aire complex seemed a little older, but its gated(plenty of self parking), has great pools, one w/slide & our unit was clean & grounds well maintained. The Palm-aire is close to shopping, restaurants, & casino across the street, and it's about 20minute drive to Pompano beach. We were able to get a parking pass for & use the beach front sister resort (RoyalVista). We are booked to stay here again April2025, so will try & review again after our stay next wk.

Family Vacation Jody Rafael and Torie were wonderful to work with our reservation. We had a complication with our RCI account. They were kind and professional, helping us make a stressful situation a good experience! Palm Aire is lucky to have such great employees! We will be back for another visit the 1st week of May.
