Eww _ The only good thing I can say is that the employees were very nice but that is it. I had to move rooms twice because I saw a roach crawling into bed in one room and then in another room it was one crawling on the wall while I was checking it before we switched. In my third room on the third floor I did not see any bugs but there was a wet face cloth hanging over the shower rod. It was just disgusting because I’m pretty sure it was from a previous occupant. the pictures that you see online looks just like what you see, but it looks like everything is 10-15 years old and very poorly taken care of. It’s just gloomy and nasty. We normally bring food back to the room and eat a couple nights on our vacations but I made it my business to not bring any food in that room because I could not eat in there. I immediately lose my appetite. I will definitely never stay here again. There was a roach in the bed!!!!! But every employee that I spoke with was very nice and kind. I have no complaints on the woman that I spoke with.

NASTY!!! This hotel was the worst! The room smelled, mold, floor hadn’t been vacuumed, mold in shower. Wore socks in the room and they were black from dirt! To top it off….ROACHES! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! We didn’t eat breakfast, but we couldn’t wait to get out of there!

Avoid at all costs. Do not stay unless this is your last resort and even then I would rethink it. The hotel is incredibly rundown. The rooms, the hallways, the entrance all smell. In fact, everything has a rancid smell. Make sure you secure transportation to the airport ahead of time as there are very limited options. Don’t walk barefoot. However, the gentleman at the front desk was lovely and very helpful.

Won’t stay here again My family and I stopped for one night during a long trip, first they had trouble finding the reservation, next we noticed how dirty the floors were. They looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Then we saw that our sheets were stained with god knows what, we asked for new sheets, they had us come down to get them, and they were also stained! They had no bar soap or shampoo at all and the room and hotel just had an overall run down and dirty feel. The hallways and rooms smelled of cigarettes and weed as well. For $230 a night I expected a lot more, I could’ve gotten the same from a motel 6 for $50. They’re elevator permit wasn’t even current, which is a safety issue. I normally don’t write reviews, but this place ticked me off. It just seemed like they tried cutting every corner possible to save a buck and charge us the most they could.

Great stay for families. Wonderful stay for a family vacation. The hotel is in a great area, with great access to Tybee Island, Hilton Head, and Downtown Savannah. The staff I interacted with were very accommodating, pleasant, and helpful. The assistant manager greeted me with a smile and very warm upon check in. The breakfast foods and staff were great as well. I was there alone with my children for vacation and they were more than hospitable. I would recommend this hotel.
