Awesome Hotel! This is a very beautiful hotel. It is brand-new and modern. From the lobby to our room, everything was outstanding and super clean. The clerk was friendly when we arrived around 1:30 am. In the morning we went down for breakfast and the food was very good. The décor and furniture was open and inviting. We found the hotel by the stark green lights uplighting the building from I-95 as we drove by. We were looking for a hotel because the one we had made reservations at turned out to be too dirty for us to stay in our room, thus we were on the road late. The lights guided us in, and we were very thankful to find this beautiful, welcoming, clean place. The Holiday Inn has new fans!

Front Desk Support My wife and I stayed at this property on Friday night. This is a very nice Holiday Inn and in a great area. Unfortunately, I made the reservation through the 800 number and although I told the person on the phone I wanted to stay in Pooler, I was booked at the Port Wentworth location instead. I did not check the email confirmation because I thought I was clear but apparently was not. We arrived in Pooler after 7:00 pm and realized that a mistake was made. Keonna and Larisha took great care of us by cancelling my other reservation without penalty and providing us with a comfortable room. Thanks Keonna and Larisha!

Our stay at Holiday inn and suites in Pooler Ga I would like to thank Holiday Inn and Suites for a wonderful stay. An a big thanks to Mrs Dell Goldwire and her husband Mr Larry for their excellent hospitality. Really made us feel like we're home the entire stay. Wonderful Stay The front desk associate Jamie was extremely helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed. She even invited us to the dinner. Very happy I stayed! Will definitely come back!And the food was amazing.

Comfortable stay and great breakfast My friend and I stayed 2 nights with 2 breakfasts. Waitress Unece was especially attentive and helpful with coffee and juice. The room was nice, with comfortable beds and pillows. The towels were fluffy and everything was clean upon arrival.
