Too Cheap For My Own Good SUMMARY - (if you're in a rush) - Very comfortable beds & pillows. We had a good night's rest, which is what I expected. It was peacefully quiet. Staff was...NOT cheerful. Plenty of hot coffee at all hours. Now the big picture? It's marginally acceptable for a one night stay, as an earlier reviewer (I can't see any date) stated. The place is fine for a male traveling alone. BUT - I would not book my wife or young children here if they were traveling without me. Not so much for the "security" aspect - we didn't feel at risk. The inn is just "too tired." The kids would dog me incessantly with the mantra: "Dad is cheap!" for days. The place is showing it's age, but that shouldn't be a shock - we KNOW it's not a 5 Star palace. The main reasons I booked (other than cost...hehe) are listed on the site web page. 1. Convenient location on our route; easy access - true 2. Computer with Internet - True, BUT....I was not able to log on line. I asked the desk clerk if I needed a password. The reply was "No." Nothing else; no helpful suggestion, offer of assistance. In fairness to the house, my wife logged on later, with no problem. So..maybe...just Maybeee....it was operator error. Ok. 3. The "Free Hot Breakfast" - is always a big draw for me. Three of the four dining area photos show the typical breakfast: hot waffles, hot yellow egg-like substance, cereals, bagels, etc - what's not to like?! FREE HOT FOOD? Count me in! It is technically "free" I suppose, since we don't see a food fee on the bill. But it's not true! Those three photos must be pre-Covid! At this Inn, the food was small, frozen, silver dollar (remember those?) - sized sausage biscuits, and small Danish pastries. Yes - they were hot if we nuked them. I talked with two other sets of travelers, and they also were less than impressed with the limited selection. Please consider either returning the true "hot breakfast" OR correcting the web page. Maybe the page descriptions and photos are controlled at "corporate" level. Someone should consider giving correct details. I was disappointed. Oh - the 4th picture? Empty chairs and bare tables - THAT one was legit. One side comment - I was talking with a (more elderly than me!) couple, who were in a 3rd floor room. They told me there were two water leaks in the overhead! I don't know if they were only there one night, relocated to another room, etc. I did not see the leaks myself. But I can't imagine any reason they'd make up a story like that. The pool was closed and semi-barricaded. Looks as though it's been closed for some time. ? Safe travels, all!

POOP IN POOL!!!! I would not stay here again never! I took my son and granddaughter. We go to the pool on Friday afternoon and get in I step in something and realize it is POOP in the pool. I go to front desk tell the lady and she says my husband is the manager and he is gone I will tell him when he gets back. So the next morning we had told the granddaughter we would go back to swim. I ask the man at the front desk if it had been cleaned. He did not know he would check on it. I ask again and he says he goes and checks it out and he sees nothing. I go back out there it is still dirty and poop in it. I say something to him and he says Ma'am we have no control over that!

OK For A One Night Stay Place appears tired and somewhat rundown. Certainly not a "quality" location. Bed was comfortable & I slept well during my on the road overnight stop. Cheap construction - could hear the TV next door for a good part of the night. On a more serious note, it appears that the staff (or someone else) props the exterior doors open overnight. Not exactly an example of good security.

Avoid the place! I don’t recommend anyone stay here. First they don’t honor the price that they have listed on a coupon (I had originally booked though the app, but found a coupon that would’ve saved me money). The rooms are disgusting! There’s mold all over the bathroom walls, blood or maybe ketchup on the walls, beyond dirty carpet of gum stuck to it, non working AC, and the room in general was just run down. Overall, just take my advice and avoid this place!

Good location off I95. The room was ok, but the bath needed updating. The shower head and floors needed cleaning and the tub looked dirty as it needed resurfacing. The door was not sealed so light from the hallway came in from the side and bottom. Breakfast was very limited due to covid.
