A terrible start to the weekend Imagine spending six hours in the car in horrible traffic, only to arrive at your hotel that is $350 a night. There’s no one at the front desk when you arrive... and when you get checked in and ask for water there is none. And then... you get you room key, walk down to the basement level and realize you’re staying in a basement room. I’m writing this seething in my horrible, uncomfortable small basement room. It feels like a prison cell. I was told this room was ground level and overlooked the parking lot. I can’t even see the parking lot. The room has scuffs all over the walls. I will be uploading pictures later Then you go to the hotel restaurant for a romantic seaside dinner and you’re met with rowdy crowds, a horrible live band that is so loud you can’t hear your significant other, and $35 entrees with zero ambience and a broken AC. My Maui Margherita tasted like canned pineapple juice. No one working at the hotel was wearing a mask, despite rising Covid rates. I wish I had stayed home.

Not worth the price! Stayed there recently for 2 nights. Made the mistake to have a drink at the bar and dine at the indoor restaurant. The service was one of the worst I've ever encountered. The wait staff had no idea what to do. Water glasses were left empty, forks were given when spoons were needed. The food was overpriced and the quality subpar. Highly disappointed! Never again.

An Absolute dump! I have been staying at so many different hotels all over the world. This is an absolute “dump”! Don’t be fooled by the beautiful exterior and location. Once you enter the room, you will find a neglected dump, no fresh roll of toilet paper, an empty box of tissue, ripped dirty furniture that looks like at least 50 years old or more, old hard stiffed towels, a remote without backing and the batteries would fall out and old moldy carpet. To top it off, a fifty stained bedsheets. Literally you can find stains everywhere in the room. The staff were not welcoming and are pretty rude! I will never recommend anyone, including my family, my friends and my associates to stay at this lousy hotel!! It is extremely disappointing!!

Decent place but Absolutely NO PARKING Nice enough hotel, Very comfortable beds, Very Clean. Our room A3 was right over the kitchen & we had to listen to the server doors creak & bang open & closed all day & well into the evening. Big problem was parking. We had handicapped tags so we did not have to pay but there was no parking. The listing says Paid Private parking, it is not private, it is public parking. There is one HC spot hear the building. We had to park a long way from the building & walk. The staff told me thats the way it is for them too so they feel our pain, I DOUBT IT!
