Kinda expensive for what you get, or don't get. First of all, this Comfort Inn is located in a great spot on the bay. The room we stayed in was clean. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom is rather tiny. (The door just barely cleared the toilet seat.) Property is in need of a serious refresh, which appears to be starting in the breakast room. My main grip is the mediocre breakfast. For spending $ 600+ for 3 nights, one would expect a more substantial breakfast offering. (Don't expect anything hot.) And for the money, there are few amenities. (No pool or spa.) My guess is one is paying for the location. Hopefully, the place will get a substantial makeover in the near future.

Warning on this. Warning! I have stayed here two or three times a year for the last four or five years. Our son lives In Port Orchard. However, that changed the other night when my son’s father showed up and was told that his prepaid reservation had been canceled and that he had done damage to the hotel room. He had not even been there since January and would never do any damage. My son even called the day before to make sure that the room would be on the second floor due to his father’s mobility issues. The girl working the counter at 10 pm Refused to call the owner and my son’s father had to find another hotel to stay in. We know that this is a mistake and we get sorted however it has tainted my view and my whole experience of staying there I will never recommend it again to anyone for any reason. No customer should be treated the way that he was treated.

Great deal for cost Customer service is friendly. Room is a little musty smell but I’m sure this is being off the bay. We have a beautiful view as well. Room is small but don’t need much anyways. The shampoo smells good. If you are looking for a safe and beautiful view this is a must.

S C The front desk staff, Sadie, Jaylene, and others were very friendly and helpful with answering questions about the area and helping with items we forgot at home. They have a computer and printer for customers to use. The view on the bay is spectacular. We could see the naval shipyard, ferries running across the bay, and many pleasure boats out in the bay. The rooms were clean and towels were changed daily during our stay which was several days. Breakfast was a grab and go, but it was sufficient to start your day. I would highly recommend this hotel. If I am back in the area in the future, I would definitely stay here.
