A Great Disappointment Had a horrible stay at this location. Not what I am used to at a Marriott property. They claimed the hotel was recently updated. Hotel very dirty. Customer service sorely lacking. I requested extra towels on the app days before my stay. Not in room, so I requested again in person before I went out for the afternoon/evening. When I returned, I wanted to shower and relax, but of course towels not delivered. Had to call down and request yet again. I was never acknowledged as being a gold member or member at all. Hotel room far from clean. They did not make up my room and never asked. I do not believe I was charged the price I was quoted when I made the reservation. I stayed at a beautiful Residence Inn in Orlando after I left here and it was completing opposite in all ways from this SpringHill suites and half the price. Terrible breakfast, jut a wrapped cold bagel and yogurt which they hand you over the counter. No area to eat breakfast. Hand sanitizer dispenser empty in lobby, staff aware of. Staff not friendly. Cold, dark, and dirty hotel. I frankly can't believe what I paid to stay there.

Huge 5 STARS! My husband and I recently drove from Utah to Florida. We stayed in many different hotels along the way, this one was by far the nicest! The rooms were huge, extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable! Staff was great. Free breakfast daily even during Covid. We got a great deal using Snaptravel which I also highly recommend. The other huge plus about this hotel is the location. Port St. Lucie is a gorgeous city with everything you need. There are numerous restaurants and stores within walking distance of the hotel as well as others just a short drive away. There's also a movie theater next door. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, good location This Spring Hill suites was comfortable with a friendly staff. Room was large with a separate couch / sitting room. Best part was that it’s walking distance to a several restaurants; chili’s, outback, etc... I would stay again.

Just Okay This hotel was okay, but nothing special. It didn’t feel like a Marriott property. The property only has 1 elevator and there is no hot breakfast or juice served due to COVID. They have coffee and grab bags to go, but it’s very basic.

Great stop on the way to Miami ports Stopped for an overnight stay on the way to a cruise. Hotel is so nice! Lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable room. Good choices for the complimentary breakfast. Check in and out was easy and the staff was really friendly. Within walking distance of the Outback Steak House
