Never again. Location great, but that is it! Bad from the start! Valet greeted us and called front desk to notify that we had arrived. Instructed to unload and head to front desk. Checked in and were told that our room was not ready. They also had no where to store our luggage. So, had to get our car again and load all the luggage by ourselves while the valet just watch us. When we went back inside, the two front desk attendants were both rude. We checked in several hours later to find the most outdated room. Definitely need to fully update rooms! The night man was definitely more attentive and friendly. The valet the next morning provided no service. Tipped, but not sure why. Beware if like modern clean hotel with comfortable beds. Had to request towels and took forever and had to call again and finally received.

Portland Visit Breakfast was ok. Coffee was good. At least it’s where it is all happening. No housekeeping on the second day we were here. I suppose we could have requested it but it seems to me that the service should be without asking. It’s loud in the room even at night. If someone lets the door slam the wall behind the bed shakes. I would stay elsewhere the next time.

Other hotels should study this one! In a day where hotels are booked solid and thereby don't care if you're satisfied or not. . .this one does. Pros: - Solid location on the strip downtown near the water - Reasonably priced for the area - Nice morning breakfast - 5-star customer service from the front desk to the valet - Clean rooms Cons: n/a We even had an issue with our first room and the check-in crew at the desk got it corrected immediately. We spent 8 days away from home, 2 of them here and it was the only two nights away from home where we felt like the guest and not an inconvenience. Bravo!

An Amazing Resource in the Heart of the Harbor! There’s a reason this hotel is so highly rated by its customers: It’s wonderful! From check-in to check-out, every detail seemed perfect. And this certainly wasn’t our first stay, but each time it seems to get even better and better, The views of Portland Harbor are great, the hospitality of the front desk crew was outstanding, and the rooms couldn’t get any more comfortable especially in light of the room upgrade they provided. On this most recent visit, I had left my blue blazer in the room, so David and Devin at the front desk reached out to me to see if I was still nearby, and then they reached out again to ask where I’d like them to send it. And the eagerness to help was just tangible. You can’t buy service like that, but at this hotel, it comes built-in! And be sure to ask about the “Wicked Good Deal” when making your reservation. Obviously, we can’t say enough good about this place and its management. Five Stars!

Perfect summer getaway Excellent package for our stay called “Wicked Good Deal” that included valet parking and a full breakfast spread every morning. Outstanding staff very hospitable and friendly. Just ideal location as well for getting around downtown Portland.
