Comfort Suites Portland Airport

Good place for PDX stay Stayed here at the start and end of a Road Scholar trip. Hotel and room were exceptionally clean. Room was well stocked with towels. Breakfast buffet was good-with attendant refilling items and keeping area clean. Shuttle was not available on arrival but they provided an Uber instead. Desk clerk stayed on the phone with me while I found the Uber driver at PDX.

It’s just ok. Not worth the money I paid Had to wait 25 minutes to check in because the front desk staff also run the shuttle. Not the employees fault. Just a long time to wait. Parking is not included. Web site was nit clear about this. Rooms smell a little musty. Breakfast doesn’t start till six so if you have a early flight you are out of luck

Super service hotel. Very comfortable, very nice beds, excellent shower pressure . Very cordial and prompt shuttle service from airport. Powerful Wi-Fi and select quality breakfast items. Will definitely back and we recommend this hotel for business and vacation.

Nice hotel with some rough spots that reveals its age Hotel close to the Portland Airport offers shuttle bus service to the airport. Rooms close to the highway can be noisy. Well used carpeted steps from the lobby to the second floor could use a good cleaning. Desk chair with imitation leather covering was badly worn. The shower curtains had tears along the top edge. Breakfast was fine and front desk staff were helpful. A good value, even with its warts.

Great comfy stay Once again, glad we ignored bad reviews especially if it was due to someone being unhappy about the service or had a unpleasant experience. Took a chance and booked two rooms for four nights. Pleasantly surprised hotel was nice looking from the outside to the inside. Front entrance, you’re greeted with this large beautiful chandelier and lots of seating for the breakfast buffet (yes it’s included). Rooms are larger than some we’ve stayed at (airport hotels) and were all very clean and modern. Both rooms were King beds and also included a sofa bed. I believe they all do hence “comfort suites” is their name. Bathroom was good with nice large counter space. There’s a fridge/freezer combo, microwave and coffee maker. The best part is complimentary HOT breakfast with bacon and scrambled eggs. They changed it up to sausage patties and omelette with cheese on one of the days. Prefer the bacon and scrambled eggs. There are plenty of other options such as the make-it-yourself waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruits, bagels, toast, juice and of course a coffee station. Nice overall and can’t be beat for the price. All the hotels on this same street were all nice looking on the outside too but I think this one was priced best. Definitely recommend whether in town for family or business trip.
