Lots of feathers and noisy albeit happy staff. Bed was super comfy although I did not realize that the quilt was down feathers. Allergies flared and not ideal for long road trip. Location was OK but the parking below the hotel had a fair number of what appeared to be homeless folks passing thru. I loved the pet treats and wish I had brought my dog. Staff were very friendly at the reception. The cleaning crew were VERY loud in the morning. I think that is happening at most hotels were conversations in between rooms has become standard. Again, not ideal for needing rest on a 1200 mile trip.

Hotel Rose in the Rose City Always a great experience and something new and enjoyable every time we stay. Staff is super friendly, the hotel is right on the waterfront, which means you can use Naito parkway to get to a lot of the rest of the city very easily. If you take Naito out of town to Kitteridge you can avoid the freeways and traffic when heading west to the coast.

Absolutely wonderful Another amazing stay at the rose hotel!!! Kennedy and his crew are amazing! House keeping is top notch, beds and rooms are amazing! food and drinks are wonderful. This is hands down my favorite hotel and staff and i will stay here every chance I get.

AMENITY FEE charged to all guests! They charged a $25/day "amenity fee" over the room rate listed in Concur (business travel platform). They said nothing about it until check-in, and because you choose to stay at the hotel booked rather than run around Portland at 9pm on a Friday looking for another hotel, will not reverse the charge. This is a lousy business practice. It's charged to every guest; just add it to the room rate if that's what it costs to stay there.

absolutely amazing Once again a wonderful weekend.. the staff was very accommodating.. Kennedy is amazing, makes you feel like family.. we will always stay here..its become our second home when we come to Portland..we can't wait until next time.. I definitely recommend this hotel.. great location and pets welcomed.
