Great spot Great place in a great location. Two 62 year olds making our first trip to Oregon. We were simply looking for a safe, walkable neighborhood where we could park our rental car for free. Stumbled onto this and couldn't have been more pleased. Everything about it is perfect.

Great location, friendly staff. Spacious rooms with full kitchens and comfortable furniture. Lovely rooftop terrace. Breakfast has a nice variety of food available: various fruits, yogurts, cereal, breads, bagels. Good coffee and tea selections. Helpful and friendly staff, love the free parking.

Amazing stay I could have moved in! Great location, great rooms, fantastic staff. Highly recommend. We selected the location to walk to Providence Park and it was a great decision. We used the streetcar right outside the hotel to go downtown, breakfast was good - I may have overdone it on the salt water taffy in the lobby :)

Colorful hotel in a perfect location This boutique and colorful hotel is nice and in a great location. It's reasonably priced for the #2 hotel in Portland. Onsite free parking is available. Ask at the front desk for a 2.5-hour free streetcar pass that will take you to a lot of different areas of the city. The streetcar is right outside the front door. The front desk was friendly and helpful whenever we had a question. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of power outlets in the correct locations. The kitchen area in the room has everything you need including a Keurig coffee maker. The continental breakfast is just enough to tide you over until lunch. Within walking distance are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and coffee shops. I believe a room refresh is needed in order to maintain the positive reviews.

Stay herre Great location. Many small restaurants and coffee houses in the area. Minimal breakfast, but can get you started. Freshly roasted coffee as well as Keurig in the room. Trolley car right out front. Gets you al ot of places for free (tickets at front desk). Rooms were bigger than a normal 2 bed one dresser with a TV. Kitchenette, sitteing space. Free parking helped. There was a list of restaurants in the area as a printout that was a help. Front desk was very knowledgable about the neighborhood. We did see a homeless guy going through the recyclables and there were homeless around, but never fely threatened. Much netter area than the downtown. Ac was little distracting. it;s the old window AC that goes on and off.
