An Absolute Pleasure This hotel is quiet, cute and cozy. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms appear to be cleaned very well. The staff was friendly and very helpful but there's one person who stood out more than ever and that's Renee. Renee was very welcoming, pleasant, helpful, patient, professional and most importantly Renee was KIND!!! The check-in process was a breeze and the bar makes great drinks! You definitely have the right person at the front desk. Thank you Renee for your amazing personality and for all of your help!!! Keep on shining missy- the world needs more people like you!!!!

Quiet hotel with an upgraded feel This was a real find. We had stayed at a large chain near the airport and it was noisy and didn't feel safe. We have stayed downtown at an expensive hotel and while it was nice, we really paid dearly for the convenience. I stumbled on this hotel and was really happy. Hilton clearly purchased this hotel from another company so the room was very, very spacious. The bathroom was almost double the size of a normal Hilton Garden Inn. The linens were upgraded, very good quality and there was an ice machine on every floor, another nice perk. We had a river view (worth spending a little more for that, otherwise you face the front parking lot) and it was so so quiet. Staff were all very efficient and accommodating. The only thing missing was that breakfast is not included. Not a deal killer since we went to Voo Doo dougnuts the night before but I wish Hilton would match all their other competitor and provide a simple continental breakfast, esp when there are no close food options aside from their in house restaurant. Good stay at a good rate. I am checking this hotel again when I return to Portland in the Fall.

Just like home I spent a work week at the hotel. Renee at the Front desk was just awesome. Made me feel so welcome. Sarah in the restaurant made sure we never went hungry! All staff members i interacted with were very friendly and helpful with whatever questions or concerns i had. Enjoyed being right on the river . The entire stay , the staff did their best to make me feel comfortable. I thank you all and look forward to my next visit .

Not too shabby Love this hotel. It’s got the river running next to it and speaking of running that’s what you can do on this long boardwalk. The hotel is very clean with updated decor. There’s also a restaurant /lounge inside which is nice if you’ve been driving all day and just want to not go out again after you’ve arrived. The room itself was also pretty comfortable and the windows open. The size of the room was also nice including the bathroom. I’ll be staying here whenever we visit Portland.

Great get away in Portland Oregon Very nice room overlooking the river with views of Mt. Hood. Fun Cafe area, workout room and many places to read and work. Staff was excellent! We met a lot of great people, other travelers. Our dog enjoyed his stay, great walking path along the river. I would highly recommend. Pat Dulin
