Average accommodation and poor service The reception and room service staff provided good service. However, the experience in the hotel restaurant was poor. We had previously booked a meal at the hotel restaurant and chose to enjoy it after check-in, the restaurant staff did not have this information and did not know how to conduct the service. The service was poor, the main course took a long time, the salad came without sauce, the dessert which was a mousse was frozen and the staff were impolite. In addition, the entire building smelled strongly of frying during the first day and, if I am mistaken, the benefits of my Gold ALL status were not fully available.

Good location, nice bed, excellent shower Very convenient hotel for somebody who arrives at the airport and have to travel to the West border or to the northern towns out of Porto Alegre. Good breakfast with several options of fruits and breads, The only negative point was that they allow the guests to have online meetings at the dining room during breakfast. I am really not interested to take part at somebody else meeting at the beginning of the day, and neither to have my breakfast time be disturbed by somebody else talking loud at his/her laptop.

Poor Overall Maintenance Breakfast buffet is okay. Room comfort is below average (noise, blinders, bathroom). Maintenance is very poor (as an example, there was no cold water in the morning during my last stay and hot water was extremely hot, thus preventing from taking a shower). Front desk with just one person to handle both room calls (asking for explanation on the cold water issue) and check-out.

My hosting at the Novotel, Três Figueiras, Porto Alegre, Brazil I had a great experience at Novotel because the hotel is very well located in the center of Porto Alegre, the hotel facilities, including the apartment, are very clean and the service of the staff is exemplary!

Freezing room/quarto gelado Tonight, of 27 to 28/Jun/2019, the room is very cold, around 10 Celsius degrees. By 1am, when I complained with the hotel about the room temperature I was told the heating system is central and they just turn it on if the temperature drops below 5 Celsius degrees. They did not offer any alternative. I had to say this is unacceptable and asked for a portable heater and only then they gave me a small and old heater to my put in my room. Nesta noite, de 27 para 28/Jun/2019, o quarto está muito frio, por volta de 10 graus. Por volta de 01h00 da manhã, reclamei com o hotel sobre a temperatura no quarto e me disseram que o sistema é central e só ligam se a temperatura cair abaixo de 5 graus. Não me ofereceram qualquer alternativa. Eu tive que dizer que isso é inaceitável e pedir um aquecedor portátil e só então mandaram um aquecedor pequeno o velho.
