Good Hotel We have just had a 4 night stay at this hotel. First impressions were very good. The hotel was light and airy and looked clean and welcoming. The staff were great and very friendly. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities were included and you also received a free bottle of water in the rooms. We ate at the buffet in the evening, which was very nice. Fresh food, good selection and a reasonable price. We also had breakfast included in our stay. The breakfast was very nice and very fresh but the only negative was it was the same selection everyday so it got a bit repetitive. We were slightly disappointed that the spa access was not included in the hotel price. We were not aware of this when we booked and we were very much looking forward to the spa experience. The spa seemed expensive for what it was. £20 entry for use of sauna and hot tub. We weren't willing to pay that so I can't comment on how the spa facilities were. We were also disappointed to be rushed out of our room very quickly on the day of check-out. You have to leave by 11am but when we returned from breakfast, we had found that house keeping were already in our room, making it up for the next person. We hadn't even packed our belongings yet! They had put up a cot in my room and were already cleaning and organising. We just felt as if we were being pushed out and rushed to leave, which wasn't a nice ending to our stay. All in all, the hotel was a pleasant place to stay but there are a few improvements which could be made to further enhance the experience.

Great hotel. My son and I stayed at this Hotel for 3 nights. We both very pleased with it. The entrance to the hotel is a lovely statue of Mozart. On the walls are pictures of Mozart. The room was spacious as it had 4 single beds. We had breakfast there and plenty of choice. We did have an evening meal there too. We both impressed with Charles Bridge. Visited a few times. We walked through the gardens of the Prime minister , very interesting. Plenty of public toilets about and clean, you had to pay of course. The Train station is next door to the Hotel. During the day and evening there was a piano player. Which was good. We would definitely stay there again.Gr

Luxury choice in Prague The service quality of this hotel is brilliant - very helpful team who are always ready to put a smile to your face. We stayed in a junior suite which was very spacious, extremely well anointed with all luxuries possible. To top all this, the hotel is a minute away from the tram stop which makes it very accessible to the main town area and the the highlight so the hotel is the live music that’s open for all every evening.
