Design Hotel Neruda

Comfortable, convenient location, friendly staff A very comfortable stay, friendly staff, super clean room. Very central location. The breakfast is varied and generous and the staff made me a vegan option each day. The location is very close to Prague Castle. Only small downside was our room looked out onto a courtyard so no view except of other windows.

Beautiful Hotel perfectly located for a city break We got off to a rocky start, but as it was no one’s fault and we were well taken care of afterwards, I believe the Neruda team (and hotel) deserve 5 stars. The hotel is perfectly located to go to both the city centre and Prague Castle. The room was beautifully clean and spacious. The breakfast was varied and very substantial. I would say keep an eye out for the hotel on the street as the name isn’t that easy to see and there is nothing written on the door. We walked up and down past it several times _. Also, on Sunday we were down for breakfast at 9.50am (breakfast finishes at 10.30am) and there was nothing left in the hot buffet trays. A lady told us to wait as there were refills on the way. We were waiting patiently when other guests joined us to wait for some hot options. The young waitress brought out just four eggs, to which all of us were quite surprised. She told us very abruptly that we should have come down earlier. I must say, I didn’t really appreciate being scolded by a member of staff for not getting up earlier on a Sunday, while I was on holiday, with a body clock that was still very far behind Czech time. Again, I still believe the hotel merits 5 stars as I put this surprising reaction down to inexperience. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Prague. We adored the city and will definitely be going back. We will be booking a room here again.

Fabulous short break. Prague is a beautiful city. Great hotel. Superb location. Fantastic breakfasts. Lovely staff. Comfortable beds. Very clean and very quiet. Would highly recommend. Lovely shops and pubs and restaurants on the same road. Would return to this lovely boutique hotel..

Perfect, Modernized Historic Hotel, Right Next to Prague Castle!! I had the most exceptional experience here!! A friend, who's local, had recommended it. It is walkable to everything (across the bridges into old town and just a few blocks from the small old town center). Lots of transit around, too. Right underneath Prague Castle and the gardens, wonderful restaurants and absolutely stunning sunset views. The hotel helped me coordinate airport pickup and drop-off, plus a rental car, and had THE BEST breakfasts (which changed every day) with Czech foods and a whole array of other choices, much of which - including pastries - were made in house. My room was perfect, too. Very cozy, had everything I needed and more. I am spreading word about this place to everyone I know traveling through Prague!

Stunning Prague Hotel We had a lovely 2 night stay in this excellently located hotel. Very warm welcome and we were able to get into our room straight away at 11am. We went for the standard room which was fine - very comfy bed and had everything we needed. There were cakes in our room on arrival and a small bottle of bubbly to enjoy on our last night. Breakfast was great and different each day. The hotel is located on a beautiful street with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. Just round the corner from the castle which has beautiful views over the city. All the sights are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend and would go back.
