The best staff Lovely stay, lovely room and excellent spa. The best staff esp my favs Chloe on reception and Maggie in housekeeping. These two ladies were amazing, so helpful and made my stay so comfortable. Thank you ladies. I'll definitely book again. Christina

Fabulous between Christmas stay Fabulous stay. Lovely room, very comfy beds. Great selection of teas and coffees . Had reservation about the state reading some post but room was very good indeed and everything looked fabulously decorated for Christmas . Tree outside was gorgeous. Reception staff very smiley, helpful and efficient.

Fantastic experience! Fantastic experience at Mottram Hall - the hotel is beautifully decorated for Christmas, staff in all areas so helpful and welcoming, lovely spa facilities and fantastic cocktails in the Champagne bar. Really enjoyed the visit and will be back!

Beautiful setting - amazing spa Booked a spa package with treatment, overnight stay and meals and chose a suite. I was a bit worried reading some of the reviews after booking but have to say, there was no need to worry as everything was really lovely. Had a lovely time at the spa - the treatments and the whole spa area is one of the nicest we have experienced and we have been to several. The meals in both Raffaellas and Carrringtons were lovely and staff were friendly and attentive. We were very pleased with our suite - no complaints at all about our room. All in all, a lovely, relaxing short break in a beautiful setting and we would love to return.
