Stayed one night and it was very pleasant! My experience with Residence Inns has been from long-term stays while on business. I was pleased that this hotel allowed for one night stays. I stayed at this property due to it's convenient location to the Trenton Airport as the three hotels adjacent to airport property were totally booked. It was an easy drive to the airport. I found the hotel very comfortable and welcoming and the front desk clerk, Claudia, was so extremely helpful. The next time I am travelling and need to use the Trenton airport I will stay here rather than the ones at the airport (I have stayed in all of them). Thank you for a positive experience for a weary traveler.

They did they’re best... We were having some work done at our house. Needed to leave for a few days. Grabbed a hotel in Princeton. They did their best considering Covid. Thx for that. However, there were a few things that didn’t relate to a pandemic. Toilets didn’t work properly. Doors didn’t open properly with new keys. Knobs missing from gas fireplace. I could go on. Would have rated it 1 star...but these are weird times. People were calm & friendly.

Relaxed and friendly atmosphere We had a large family gathering for a wedding nearby and we virtually took over the hotel. The lobby/breakfast area served as an ideal gathering place and hospitality area. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and provide full kitchens, great for families with children. The staff were friendly, we only had one glitch and that was with having the room serviced. By the time we realized our room hadn't been serviced the service crew had left for the day.

Good location, otherwise nothing special The best part of this hotel, by far, is its location right next to a Barnes & Noble. Other than that, it's good but nothing out of the ordinary. The bathroom setup is a bit inconvenient, with the sink essentially in the bedroom without a separation door. On the other hand, the kitchen units are very nicely set up and equipped. Reasonable rates and a friendly front desk.

Sub Par Residence Inn Not the best residence inn experience. Bought a bunch of beers to my room and guess what - no battle opener? Ok go to front desk and borrow one? Sure except you need to open your bottles at front desk because it’s SHARED WITH THE ENTIRE HOTEL. One of the value propositions of the residence inn is being stocked with amenities like this. I also asked the housekeeper to clean my room - entire day goes and when I again ask for housekeeping services - they’ve left for the day! This is after a second reminder to come clean our room. I make a request for extra towels (5 sets) for my family and this goes unfulfilled so we just reuse our towels from the previous day. At this point I just want to check out. Other cons I can live without - no smart tv (no Netflix, HBO etc). Overall - not the best experience. I would not stay at this property again.
