Great for corporate event We held an event for 75 people in the Rosemoor Ballroom. Event went great. Brandon Parker was our hotel contact and was a pleasure to work with and took care of all of our needs. All went well from AV to room set up to food. I would recommend holding a corporate function at this space and to work with Brandon.

Not Up to Hilton Standards I stayed here with a number of friends, and I guess I was luckier than them. TV service was out 2 or 3 days, bathroom needed a good scrubbing, and halls were hot. On the positive side, breakfast buffet was very good. My friends were not so lucky: mold in several rooms, no AC during a heat wave... Lots of guests complaining in the elevators and lobby. I should have read TripAdvisor reviews; most of the latest were quite negative.

Older hotel in downtown Providence We made this reservation somewhat later than we should have for our trip. It was one of the few affordable options left for downtown Providence in midsummer. The hotel needs updating and cleaning. Our room was clean enough, but certainly not spotless. The entrance from the garage to the lobby leaves a lot to be desired. It is narrow and hard to navigate with luggage. That being said, it was in a good location and we were able to get walk where we wanted. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. It suited our purposes for the time we were there.

Don’t stay here, should not be a Hilton. The room was in terrible condition. There was a section of carpet that was so worn out that pieces were missing and the wooden subfloor was exposed with nails in it. The wallpaper was peeling off, and paint was chipped and discolored. The toilet did not flush well and completely stopped working at 2am. We called the front desk and after over an hour they finally found a plunger and dropped it off in a dirty trash bag. We brought these concerns up at checkout and asked to speak to a manager. The front desk agent went in the back and came back saying that all she could do was offer a discount. I emailed Hilton Corporate, and was told a rep from the hotel would reach out in 3 days. They never did. I emailed again and corporate gave me the hotels main phone number and told me to call. If you want to stay in what felt like a cheap motel, stay here. Otherwise, pick literally any other hotel in the city.

Lower level than a typical Hilton This hotel needs a renovation, badly. Musty smells in the room, wallpaper peeling off the walls (looks like water damage so I’m afraid we’re going to spend the evening inhaling mold), furnishings in the room are dated, & staff so far is mediocre.
