One and done Car was Valet parked. I basically paid 38 dollars to have my car broken into. Total mess on the inside. Hotel did nothing. Spoke to the security team and they said the company is third party. Spoke to the company and they said that they warn people on the back of the ticket to not leave anything in the car. No one seemed to understand the principle of the matter. No one cared. No one even apologized or aligned with my concern.

The noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in When we arrived, there was a loud rap party going on. This should have been our first clue to turn around and find a different hotel. We stayed for three nights, and I am very glad to be back home to finally get some sleep. The first night, the people in the room next door kept going back and forth with people from another room. They kept letting the door slam against the security bar, causing a loud BOOM every couple of minutes or so. If I get startled as I'm falling asleep, it takes hours to get back to sleep. Anyway, they kept this up until about 1:30 or so when I called down to the front desk for the second time. They started up again the next morning as I was trying to catch up on some lost sleep. I had asked for a room far from the elevators. While they did put us three doors down from the elevators, the machinery was so loud you could hear it very clearly in our room, even with earplugs in. The room was near some loud compressor, which ran day and night with a sound I would compare to a diesel truck running at full speed, right outside our window. When I asked to be moved to another room, the young lady at the front desk was not interested in helping at all. On our last day, I went to the lobby to try to relax (the room itself was too noisy with the constant elevator noise). But the restaurant right by the lobby had an alarm that kept going off, so there was no peace there. We always try to stay at Omni hotels, being rewards members. But I will never stay at this Omni hotel again, and will be looking at better options when traveling to other places in future.

Clean atmosphere but not very accommodating The hotel was beautiful and friendly staff, but we were frustrated a few times. I had asked the frost desk if they could send house keeping to our room later in the day to clean it since we had not left yet when they come the first time. They put the request in but they never came to our room. We also had reserved 3 rooms and requested if they could be semi close to each other. They were all on very different floors and we could not get to each other without the others key card due to the elevator needing the keycards to go up more floors. We were also put on the 3rd floor and could hear music from a wedding or party the entire night.

Tight Parking and Authoritative Front Desk Parking is tight, and the valet makes you wait to pull in from a busy street. Dealing with the Front Desk is like walking into the DMV—a long wait and xx.
