In the heart of Grace Bay This boutique hotel is right in the heart of Grace Bay, literally 3 min away from the beach and with a well kept, even if small, pool area. Phillip always made sure everything was in order and clean, also helping us with a very uncooperative baby crib. Both front desk girls were always accommodating and receptive to our needs. Our room on the third floor was spacious and, apart from the first night when other residents played very loud music until late, it was overall very quiet, ideally for families with small kids. Breakfast or let’s say lunch - since the voucher can be used until 1pm - at Shay Cafe was a very convenient way to save little money on food since all restaurants in the area are on the high end. The grocery store is less than 5 min away - we found a shortcut right after Bella Luna restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back soon with the rest of the family.

Great find in Grace Bay! Fantastic little gem of a hotel located in the heart of Grace Bay. 3 minute walk to the beach, all the shops and restaurants right out the front door. Great staff and well kept up. Simple but perfect without all the high beach front pricing. Would recommend the hotel highly!

Once Again We went back a year later, trying to get away from the restrictions of the pandemic that has constrained all of us to less traveling. The experience was even better than last year. You can clearly see the effort the owners put into making improvements continuously. The staff was friendly and helpful as ever, Chris, the owner, understood exactly how to help us have a great time even from far way. We had a couple of changes of the arrival date generated by the airline company, he accommodated all these changes promptly. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay here, will definitely come again.

Long weekend This was a great price and a great product. The room was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom (shower) was heaven, and overall a great option for a room on the island that isn’t over priced and without expectation for a full service resort. Fully renovated, I couldn’t recommend more!

A little oasis This place is located in the center of the action. Breakfast is included with a voucher of 10 $ and a coffee, and was plenty of food. Sometimes we paid $5 more for an update. 5’walk distance of the beach, entrance is right besides the Renaissance hotel, you can’t miss it. The hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas, also fresh towels. Airport is 15 or 20’ away and will cost you around $25 for 2 people. All rooms are renovated, bed was really comfortable, coffee machine and refrigerator in room as well, no microwave, but you will find one next to the hotel office. Pool is nice, with outdoor shower. Beautiful lounge chairs by the pool and outside the rooms. This hotel is really quiet, even tho the employees are outside setting out the chairs or cleaning the pool, we never heard them!! The let us check out late, which was very convenient!
