Amazing Stay .... Five stars.. to Grace Bay Club. Grace bay club exceeded my expectations. I like to do my homework for vacations. Having said that i was keeping my fingers crossed. From check in : Manager Mary was amazing, she checked us in without any delay and upgraded us. She was extremely professional and knew hospitality at the luxury level. Abhi & Rouchel at the restaurant were extremely courteous, i went there few times and they always accommodated my requests. Personal concierge provided during the stay - Narfy & Fritz , both were great and always available. the best was communication with them. whatspp was set. David the yoga instructor knew what he was teaching and was very good with it too. Breakfast spread, location was A plus. Perfect location, great accommodation and next level Hospitality. Thank you Grace bay club for making my vacation special.

Mashed Potatoes. You cannot go wrong with GBC. Having now stayed at and/or visited all of the 5-star hotels on Provo, I will make this review short: GBC is the best resort on the island with the exception of Amanyara which is in a separate class and relfected in the prices. Grounds, food, drink, service, rooms, beach, pools are all true 5-star luxury and with a certain class that you just do not find at any of the other resorts. You will never be dissappointed at this resort. We have stayed here a few times and will never consider another resort on Provo unless of course we make the treck to Aman. It is an experience just to be a guest here. Again, if you want the best hotel on Grace Bay, you have it. There is no comparison.

An absolute must destination. One of the best vacations I have had and I travel a lot! An EPIC Trip Indeed! 5 Stars to say the least! Ok so let's start off with all the positive. Our one bedroom ocean front room was breathtaking. Our view was one out of a movie. It only rained one day and we even sat on the veranda enjoying the view. The staff are courteous, friendly and ever so friendly. Our concierge, Ramsey and Antonio were stellar! All of our needs were met promptly and always greeted with a smile . They were just the absolute BEST! Beach/Pool Service was great. The food is absolutely delicious. Our Pool Server Moses was so nice, and did his best to meet all needs and dietary restrictions even offering other viable solutions. Moses is very attentive and again, with a smile. I truly don't know how he does it. The Infiniti Restaurant is 5*****!!! The food, the ambiance and the staff are just GREAT. We had sushi, the chicken, the lambchops and steak and all were great. We frequented the restaurant 3 or 4 times during our stay. the wine selection is top notch. One thing I must mention is the in room dining is even good. You just can't go wrong. Some notable servers that truly made our dining experience so lovely are Anie (you are just the best to have as a hostess. Your smile in infectious and so very professional), Antonio, Elmina (wonderful), and Christopher (a gem). Now the best interaction we had was at the Grill and with Tracey! Let's just say, she should train others on what it is to be stellar, professional and do your job with passion. My interaction with her is what truly motivated me to write this review, The Spa - AMAZING! Danicka (sp?) gave me the best massage I have had in years. I was close to booking a second with her but we had a full plate on our hands. I ad a wonderful facial with a Jamaican lady. My face has been glowing ever since. The spa is a must! Ok now the area that needs some improvement - For breakfast the servers could stand to be more attentive and organized. At times we had to check the status of our omelets. Once I waited so long by the time it came my partner finished his meal and it wasn't cooked properly. The Executive Chef was on it! He asked me if I needed help, which was bacon (don't judge us) and in a flash fresh bacon was at our table. I would give them a 4/5. Now we had a server by the name of Sonny. He irritated me like no other. Extremely chatty and unprofessional. We dined at the Grill one evening because my nap turned into full blown sleep. We had Sonny which I wish we didn't. He asked our allergies. I am allergic to almonds and seeded fruits. He went on and on about that. Not sure how he doesn't understand the sensitivity around that. He went on to say he would get fired if he didn't inquire meanwhile no one objected. We waited for over 30 minutes before any food came out. We noticed he was serving bread to another family behind us. I asked him if we could get bread, he actually rolled his eyes and said he didn't give it to us because of my allergies. Meanwhile, I had the bread my entire stay. We were hungry and I am not allergic to the bread. Why not ask my partner if he wanted it. Then I asked to replace the string beans with asparagus. You would have thought I asked him for a million dollars. He went on and on how he wasn't charging is for the replacement, not once not twice but three times. Let's just say that dining experience was horrible in terms of service but the lamb chops and pork chop were great. Melt in your mouth. Our car service through the hotel for the pick up was very late and he never apologized. A bit annoying since we were the first out and we ended up being picked up after all on our flight. Our driver (a woman) taking us to the airport for our departure was fabulous. Really professional. I just have to say I would recommend this hotel ten times over. We are even going back for the Christmas & NY break. Enjoy! Oh I forgot we rented a private boat for just the two of us to tour the island and snorkel - thumbs up!

Best server in grace bay It was the best experience ever,when I met Loubens at infiniti bar,he offered such a great services,the drinks where outstanding 10/10.I hope to see you again,such a great guy.Visit grace bay if you want to have a great service experience.

Wonderful Family vacation at Grace Bay Club! We went to T&C for a family vacation. We stayed at Grace Bay Club and had three (3) junior suites. It was an amazing experience. This was our second time on the island and first time at Grace Bay Club. Rooms: The junior suites were excellent and were located in building D. The rooms were extremely clean and roomy. Two of the rooms overlooked the swimming pool from the first floor. Only one room, had the viewed blocked by the swimming pool cabana. Each room had a patio or balcony with nice furniture. The room refrigerators were stocked with waters daily, a complimentary bottle of champagne, plus Welcome snacks on the first day. There is also a coffee machine with quality coffee and teas for room use. Food: The breakfast buffet is amazing and stocked with all kinds of delicious options. The coffee is very strong. And besides the huge breakfast options, you can even order all kinds of custom eggs. Each afternoon, they offer a complimentary tea time service with mini sandwiches, pastries and of course, scones. We had dinner at the Infiniti restaurant which was a wonderful experience with live music, gorgerous setting, delicious food. Service was a little slow but the restaurant was packed and we were a large party. The other nights we went out to different restaurants around the island. Beach: The reason we came to the island to spend time on the beach! The water is perfection and the sand is powder soft. The beach lounges and cabanas are well maintained. The Towel team is very courteous. Each morning I dropped off my beach bag and asked for a cabana with lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The beach area is very safe and clean. Some of the family members used the water sports equipment and they were very happy. (We did not go in the pool but felt the pool water and it was too warm for the weather.) The ocean water was very refreshing. Concierge: We were given a WhatsApp telephone number and told if we needed anything, just send a text to Patrick or Austin. For the most part, they were great! One of days, we decided at the last minute to get a cake, flowers, and balloons for our daughter's wedding anniversary. Patrick and Austin made it happen! (Some evenings, the response was a little slow or none at all, but it may have been that it was after hours.) Spa: My husband and I had scrub and massage treatments. These were wonderful. The spa is beautiful and spotless. The therapists were amazing. Overall, you get what you pay for. Grace Bay Club is luxurious, relaxing and worth it.
