Really hard beds Really hard beds. I just stayed one night. It is a problem in Mexico. They buy the harder beds because they last longer. But it makes for miserable sleep. But i guess if hard beds are not an issue, the location is very good. So it might be okay for you to stay here.

Clean and functional room. We only stayed one night at a his hotel in puebla but we would have been happy to stay longer. The location is is good in the heart of town. The breakfast was really good lots of choice and fresh egg making station. The only things not so good was the WiFi in the room and the pool opening time was late in the morning and finishing early evening. We had a lovely view from a corner room.

Needs refreshing, but good location We spent two nights here along with our group of grand Circle travelers. Location is fabulous! Breakfast had a large array of items, margaritas in the evenings were delicious and well priced. Our room was a nice size, with two double beds, but the towels were thin, no bathmat, and two lightbulbs were burned out. The hallways are totally grim – – beige in color, stained carpeting, no paintings or decor at all. A housemaid knocked twice, then barged into our room without calling out to see if we were here! Would not recommend.

Worth his price This hotel located in the center of the town is really very convenient if you want to visit the old town by foot. Moreover price is reasonable and rooms quite clean. Just to bad that they are not soundproof regarding the road. Breakfast buffet is nice and various. I had a nice view of a church.

It was ok but filled with discomfort The staff were great but the hotel was a bit rundown. For example, there were stains on the carpet and the shower head did not work as well. Separately, somehow we didn’t have any towels on two occasions (upon arrival and 2 days later). The WiFi was incredibly spotty for a business hotel. I’d also second the paranormal activity review from 4 years ago. As we were getting into the room, the door to the stairwell slammed shut behind us. Then that night (between 2-3 am) the phone kept ringing once every 20 or so minutes. The third time it rang it wouldn’t stop so I picked up and there was no one on the other line. I called the front desk and they shared that they were getting calls too but didn’t know why. My friend then saw some things about 2 days later and that’s when we started to put things together. We weren’t tortured by these but definitely resulted in a lack of sleep and I was here on business.
