Quality Inn I-25

Good place to spend the night. We stopped here for the night on our way to Denver. Checked in at midnight. The desk clerk was very kind. The room was decent. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet, even in the morning when it's usually a bit loud with people hitting the road. It could have been a tad cleaner, but for the money, it can't be beat. There are restaurants right next door. No need to drive to find food, which I appreciate.

Recommended Good Hotel/Motel The facility is a very good, basic motel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The full breakfast is very good and with a good variety. No, it is not staffed, but a very nice buffet regardless. The price and value are very good in an era where lodging has fallen into inflation insanity without offsetting value.

Clean and convenient This hotel is conveniently located right off the interstate. It's a little dated but the hotel and the room were clean and quiet. Wifi worked, bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. Staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of offerings. Bonus: great Mexican restaurant next door (Cactus Flower).

OK Hotel This is a hotel located along the interstate. There are many hotels and restaurants nearby. So is a Wal-Mart. This hotel is not new but well maintained. The one negative surprise that the frig had no freezer. My room was clean and I had a good night of sleep.

Keep on driving. There are plenty more nearby that far exceed this dump. We walked to the desk to check in and desk clerk who said her name is Karen (although no name tag in sight), didnt look up to acknowledge our presence until I spoke. We were 2 feet away from her so no way she didnt see us nor hear the door open. She was very unpleasant, bordering on rudeness THEN (this was the crowning blow) blew her nose with the most nauseous, disgusting, mega mucous honk! I’m a registered nurse and it was so bad I thought I’d toss my cookies. So THEN she extends her hand asking for my ID and CC. I reminded her that she’d just blown her nose and I’d like for her to either wash her hands or use hand sanitizer b/fe handing my cards. She snarled and said, “you’re in a motel and you can catch anything here.” She begrudgingly used hand sanitizer. Our room was to be non-smoking but as soon as I opened the door, it was obvious that someone had smoked in there so I told Karen that there was a cig smoke odor in that room. She said, “I could move you somewhere else but you won’t like it.” I didn’t like the one she assigned us but thought we’d just suck it up and leave in the morning. I wiped every single thing that we might possibly touch with Clorox Wipes. We checked out and went nearby and booked a room for a week. I just couldnt stay in that nasty place and with the rude woman who has no regard for the health of others. She was absolutely awful—as was our stay.
