Dreams Riviera Maya The garden’s beach and bars are brilliant and so clean, we loved the room it was spacious and the beds were so comfy! The his and sinks are the best ever so much room to move about in. Daniel the manager was amazing if you need help with anything he’s your go to man.

Mexico 1st time Bad start , 2.5hrs stuck at airport ,queues to get thru customs then 2 hours waiting for cases. Then when we did get out our tui arranged transport wasn’t organised and the coach had gone leaving quite a few behind . Quick checkin ,declined upgrade to sea view room . Our actual room did have a sea view though. Very nice room . Mini bar which was never restocked unless i phone concierge each time . Room missed off to be cleaned and no clean towels till after 3 days when i had to phone house keeping. 3 pools but all situated together so kids in every one even the adult infinity pool . Inflatables the lot,footballs and basketball being played in the pools and you did need eyes in the back of your head to avoid them . 2 weddings most days so sun bed area restricted and cordoned off. Large groups so very loud . 7 restaurants but 2 were closed every nite so 5 to choose from. Some Guest were extremely loud sometimes in the restaurants so not always a pleasant experience . The Italian and the sea side grill were our favourites . Lobby bar was a very nice bar with an artist on most nites but it was let down by serving drinks in plastic glasses . The grounds and gardens were kept to a very standard . Sun beds were a nitemare and were taken/reserved very early and we noticed that staff were putting towels on for guest to reserve them for them for a tip ! Large group of reserved sun beds which sometimes no one used or 3/4 people in a group of 6/8beds . The barefoot grill/barbecue during the day was very good . The pool bar staff were great with victor and Isreal both very hardworking and 2 top staff . The restaurant staff were all very pleasant and extremely great working and friendly . They were a credit to the hotel . Coco cafe was fantastic for drinks /cakes and sandwiches with fantastic staff.

Great service Had a great 5 day vacation here with my gf for a friend’s wedding with total guests close to 40 people. The service level and attentiveness at this resort is great! Shoutout to Wilder and Mario from seaside grill for being very fast and funny servers, and Enrique from the main lobby bar who was fantastic at making drinks and remembering names, and Gilberto our room service person who made our room clean and cozy every single day! Also shoutout to the baristas at coco cafe who are always smiling and making drinks nonstop! Enjoyed going here and seeing them every morning.

Dreams Rivera Cancun This is a win!!! Dreams Rivera Cancun: I am travel advisor that traveled to my clients DW. The goal for the resort was to have a all inclusive resort, family friendly on the beach, and children attending would be under 10. Perfect! The below are my experiences. Resort: The lobby is inviting with a view of ocean. Lobby bar, with plenty of chairs, tables to sit and enjoy. I found the resort to be clean, constant upkeeping, cleaning of pools, walk ways, garbage was not overflowing anywhere. The resort is fairly flat, meaning where the rooms are, no troubles for wheelchairs or strollers. Some of the restaurants are locations down a level with a slow decline, or upstairs and then elevators for restaurants. Dining: Plenty of choices, again service was terrific. Always inquiring if any food allergies, offering high chairs it needed and a hook for backpacks or purses is a nice touch! Pools: 1 activity pool (which is nice that it doesn't disturb pool bar or someone wanting to float and relax. The infinity oceanfront swim up pool bar is large. Splash pool and slides for the little ones that sits next to the other pools. Barefoot Grill and Bar: Pizza, burgers, hot dogs, nachos, easy snacks, if in bathingsuits. Tables to enjoy as well. Room: My Preferred Club Plunge Pool Room 1151 was terrific. Clean! Large bathroom with double vanity, jacuzzi tub, large shower and privacy shutters to block off from bedroom area. We had ground floor with private plunge pool. It was well enjoyed. However, it sits right by the main pathway, if privacy is what you are seeking while in the pool, this isn't really the room. We even had waiter service to the pool which was very nice! Preferred Club: The private check in/out lounge is one of the nicer ones i have been in. Chairs, tables, large bar with upgraded liquors, food choice as well. Hot and cold foods, desserts, sandwiches. WorldCafe: For the breakfast buffet, quite large and good choice. The the kids, they had a Kids Corner with options on a lower table perfect for them. Oceania: We enjoyed for dinner 1 night. Service was very good. Food choice was decent. I felt my seafood dinner was over seasoned with Old Bay or salt, (personal opinion) and the shrimp abit over done. Loved sitting poolside for dinner with oceanviews. We also dined for A La Carte Breakfast. (For Preferred Guests only), menu was decent, food portions were large, this time if felt the food was alittle on the bland side. Once again, my opinion. ElPatio: They had a Mexican Night, poolside. Buffet style, plenty of choices, that night they had the poolside show and along the main walkway vendors were guests could shop. It was from 6-9:30 pm. Beach: Beach was nice size, you could run or walk it. With regards to the "seaweed" or sargassum. The resort cleaned this every morning. Resort next door, did nothing, it just piled up. We still swam in the ocean, no rocks, soft sand. People were snorkeling from the beach too. Dreams Rivera Cancun certainly delivers and a good value for price.

Dream Vacation! We had an amazing trip! The food at the restaurants was outstanding; the wait staff at the bars and pools were so attentive; the staff were very occupied with keeping us busy with games and activities. Our room with the plunge pool was magnificent!
