Great service Alfredo served us at the Mexican restaurant and provided phenomenal service. The food was good, but the service made the meal. The other restaurants the service was fine to lacking, but this was not the case. Overall the staff was very friendly and tried very hard to be helpful.

Family holiday. Amazing hotel, staff all friendly and helpful. Plenty of different foods to choose from daily. Would highly recommend.

10 year wedding anniversary Excellent service and beautiful resort with gorgeous pools and beach. I am a beach snob so it was not a pleasant as Cancun but it was pretty to look at and was able to swim in it. I prefer the beach in most cases but this resort I happily enjoyed our gorgeous oceanfront swim up pool and the main pool. I highly recommend. I would love to return with our children. Excellent resort!

WORKERS ARE AMAZING!! Not the food. I did like this resort, however, the food here is not the best. I don’t think I really enjoyed any breakfast here or lunch. The diner restaurants were okay. BUT!!! The workers here for entertainment are AMAZING AND THE BEST. This resort is all about entertainment. My favorite workers are jonah and richi!!!!!!!! Best for entertainment. And for pool waiters, David, Abigail and Christiana!!!THEY ARE ALL AMAZING. Even though the food is not good and the beach was awful, they made this trip the best. Seriously love them to death. This is NOT a boring resort. Trust me. When you wake up you got something to do with everyone until bedtime. Another thing though, bartenders are rude. They don’t have wristband here to prove that you are 18, which REALLY REALLY sucks!!!!!! They expect you to carry around a id with you 24/7. I’m on vacation, why would I need to do that?!?? It was really upsetting. Many arguments with workers started due to that. I really love that you don’t need to walk so much to get to a point. This resort is medium sized, it’s the perfect size!!!!!!!

Disappointed Resort is nice but service was not good. Room was very hot and can’t take down AC, ceiling fan didn’t work. No room cleaning and when we asked for clean towels they didn’t arrived. Took ocean view room but outside was very loud construction noises.
