Good times at Ocean Coral & Turquesa First time stay at this resort. We booked the El Beso section where we had access to the private beach and pool. The service was impressive and the resort very clean. Our room was in building #4 and it was perfect. It was large, comfortable and clean with a separate bathtub and shower. There were bathrobes, slippers and mini fridge. The balcony was private. Room service is available. There is website based app to make reservations for certain restaurants. Reservation booking start at 8am. The Japanese restaurant's cook was entertaining. Food at the Italian and Blue Moon was very good. The Brazilian was mediocre. The main buffet had variety. There was yoga by the gazebo. A bike tour to Puerto Morelos. Both at 9am and offered certain days. Many other activities offered including Aqua Zumba and bingo. There's a bowling alley too! There is a massage kiosk between the buffet restaurant and outdoor Italian plaza. There is also a massage hut on the beach past the children's pool. A walk around the circumference of the resort is 1.7 kms. You could walk along the beach passing other resorts. Staff maintain the landscape and clean the seaweed. Many areas of lounge seating in the main lobby and on the terrace off the lobby. The bar in the lobby serves alcohol, coffee and various teas. The gift shop sells quality goods and fair priced jewelry for 40% off at this time. Evening entertainment on the stage starts usually at 9pm Sometimes at 8:30pm for the warmup. View from ground level or the terrace level from lobby. Bring kibbles for the cats! A great getaway! Days went fast.

Privilege poolside We were at the Privilege pool at Ocean Coral. Alexander helped us for 3 straight days and was a genuine and kind person, making our time very memorable. He helped our kids with flotation jackets, reserved our deck chairs and was kind when offering any accommodations. He made our stay as a family memorable.

A complete and wonderful place, but the staff is what truly sets it apart. Very friendly and attentive staff. From check-in to check-out, the concierge team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and satisfied. The hotel facilities are very beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable for four people. The pools are large, and the beach was warm and very calm. The entertainment team had a fun daily schedule. To top it off, every night featured a live band performance. Everything was perfect!

A beautifully wholesome tropical getaway What a great stay at Ocean Coral & Turquesa! Such a beautiful oceanfront resort. I was very pleased with the large stretch of beach, diversity of pools (tranquil romantic to party to kiddo friendly) to types of food and entertainment. Definitely an ideal stay for a family or group of all ages. The level of service was also something worth highlighting! As someone who eats entirely vegan, I met a buffet chef named Abdani that made sure I ate well each day either pointing out the best vegan options or whipping me up my own special entree or dessert. He even went as far as to deliver me a freshly made vegan pizzas when my group had reservations at restaurants that didn’t cater as much to the vegan diet. I was in awe at how above and beyond he went to make sure I was taken care of! Additionally, Henri the barista in the lobby was our absolute favorite! Not only did he make a mean soy latte or cappuccino, but he always did it with a big smile and such kind, loving energy while being willing to help us practice our Spanish.

Always amazing at ocean coral Our second time here - we’ve experienced nothing but impeccable service. Especially Erika & Angeles who went above and beyond every day to make our stay special. Both the quality and quantity of food is just what you’d expect at this resort . This time we stayed privilege and I would highly recommend (not that we received less as regular guests but the additional perks such as the butler service are so helpful) top shelf beverages, dinner reservations made on your behalf just make the days easier and allow you to truly experience an easy vacation experience. We will return again and again - our children (12 & 15) were kept busy and enjoyed all the activities offered. Archery, bowling, arcade, you name it, they loved it. So happy to be here and excited to return next year!
