Impresión, Excelent , the best beautifull resort. This resort its really Emotion impresión excelent wao . Me and my husband stayed for 7 nights, delicious food, impresión entretement tean , dance every nights varible music and show. The beach so beautifull, the room beautifull we got swim out room. I high recomendar this resort Yes ill be back. God Bless.

I’m saving you, don’t even try this place. This a 1 star resort let’s start with that. I didn’t even want to post it on social media because they do not deserve to be known. We did not like the sports bar they had no music, I get a room for my daughters and the bathroom was moldy and running water that didn’t shut off. Sheets had bedbugs in them. I asked them to change the room and they gave me another room where there’s no AC and the lights in the bathroom do not turn on. I am asking for help and I only had rude people trying to “help” just nasty rude women. Customer isn’t right ever here. We get there at 3 PM to check in and they said my minibar would be full of drinks and water and I had zero I did not get that until the next day at night I had asked twice and they still did not do it in the same day. When I went to talk to the lady at the front desk, she said That we were lying, they said we had a do not disturb sign on, but that was for only 15 minutes while we were showering because there’s no privacy there, but I had complained about the no water since I got there and I was there for 48hrs and I did not get water I had to walk to the sports bar myself because they said they had no room service after 8 PM but there’s a flyer on the table that says 24 hour room service FALSE ADVERTISING. They said they were going to accommodate us with a VIP lunch and that did not happen. We went to the legends sports bar to eat lunch with the kids and it took over an hour to get horrible food and they still got it wrong. It was a horrible stay honestly a nightmare it felt disgusting and we felt unwanted, it felt like a motel not a resort. Honestly, it makes me never want to go to an all inclusive resort because the workers could care less since they’re not being tipped all the time.

AMAZING TIME. MUCH NEEDED VACAY Listen all i have to say is this…. I still have that trip in mind and is Aug !! Forgot to leave a review and here i am coming back. The food is not “ Wow this is delicious “ but with unlimited food u cannot go wrong. The views alll around the resort were breathtakingly beautiful. The staff are just 10/10. I wish i knew all their names to shout them out but two guys at the bar and the party party crew shampoo and crew were amazinggggggggg. Thank you guys for taking such good care of my Family and I. I do wanna say i wish they would wash the curtains to the bathroom and the window. Them things are dirty. Bedsheet had a stain but didnt realize it till the last day so i didnt fuss. That was my mistake for being super excited and not telling them to change them and to clean the bathtub before sleeping in or taking a shower. IF YOU GO THEY HAVE BEACH PARTY ON TUESDAYS I BELIEVE U CAN ASK OR LOOK INTO IT BUT I CAN REST ASSURE YOU THAT YOU DONT WANNA MISS IT.

Family stay Excellent check in service,Karen has excellent customer service skills animation was great! Shampoo,Dora engaged the family with games and other entertainment Loved the pool! Drinks were good.. food was satisfactory. Atmosphere was welcoming.

Great Day Pass for Cruisers We got day passes to celebrate with our wedding party when in port (Amber Cove) on a cruise. The staff was amazing and accommodating. We had a group of 30+ people. The view from the gazebo out on the point is incredible. Great place for a walk on the beach.... but the pool bar experience was the best pool bar anyone in our group had ever been to. Carlos at the bar kept the party going all afternoon long. It was the highlight of the cruise for everyone in our group.
