Very average hotel. For all inclusive the price is low. The rooms are very dated. Even the updated rooms are not very updated. Bathrooms are very dated and need updating. Staff is mostly friendly. Food is average and not all restaurants are open daily. The beach and pool area are very nice. At times the resort gets very busy with locals being bused in. This is not a normal all inclusive resort. Again if you’re looking for the low cost- you cannot go wrong. If you’re wanting a luxury all inclusive- this is not your place.

Comment Everything in the hotel was very good, good attention but the children's club is very cool and beautiful, the young employee of the club Claurys Cabrera was very friendly, very good entertainer for children both during the day and at night.

A great experience for anyone who is not a knit-picking snob I wonder why some people ever leave their own house, when I read some of these negative reviews If you are upset at the first sign of a mosquito/insect in your room or don’t like the sight of a kitten meandering through tables of the buffet restaurant, please stay at home and clutch your comfort blanket, this holiday is not for you. Likewise if you are expecting Dominican 5 stars to be the equivalent of the New York Hilton or Ritz at $1000 a night, forget it. You don’t belong here. The WiFi is not as fast as you’d like? - oh dear, is that all you worry about on holiday? Why bother coming! Stay at home and enjoy your glitch-free fibre optic experience. No caviar or lobster Thermidor on the menu every night, just food you’ve never tried before, it’s time to cry, isn’t it? The staff weren’t very friendly? - maybe they saw your disgruntled face. Try some polite Spanish and be patient - don’t complain at the first thing that is not up to your precious, high standards. I’ve stayed here 3 times, and whilst it’s not perfect (what is?), the employees are friendly, happy and hard-working, and want to make your stay as memorable as possible. The setting is beautiful, the rooms are fine (FOR THE PRICE), the food is healthy, the drinks are varied and perfectly enjoyable, and YOU are here to relax and enjoy the wonderful ambience of the Dominican Republic __.

WHAT a DECEPTION! Stay away from this resort!!! Outdated, run down, leaky baths/rooms, way too noisy, no food variety or restaurant options. No fresh juices or variety of fruits. Mostly, dominican food at all times. To eat something decent, you need to pay extra. No good activities. Beach wasn't kept clean. Way to expensive for what it offers!

My Great Vacation - Hoping to go back soon had a great time loved the shows and my favorite person there was Bombon. I had a great time the hotel was very clean staff where nice food was good pool was clean the aminnation guys were great there was one very outstanding funny and if you asked him anything he was very helpful they call him Bombon I'll be back again ❤️
