Our first family trip It's our second time to this resort & it's been a great time each time. We have an amazing set of saff help is out during this trip, the staff of the buffet was amazing during each meal. Catherine was especially kind to our baby, we traveled with out 10 month old & it was especially spacial.

Location and Service Great service, location, amenities, and friendly staff. The buffet had good food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu at the buffet changes every day, but some staple foods were available daily. Poolside service was great too, offering a good mix of food and drinks. Pools were not too crowded and the ocean is a few feet away. They also have plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas setup on the beach. My family and I will definitely be back.

Huge group felt right at home Location is great, but the best part was easily the service staff and how helpful and friendly they were. We chatted with them over our 10 days and made friends with so many of them. We had a big family of 18 people so they knew us all quickly and took care of us so well. The buffet servers Cathrin, Arelis, Diana and Gloria were always great with the kids. Fausto, Celso, Eduardo, were always attentive around the beach and pools. We were always pestering them and they were always smiling. Luigi (Luis) helped my parents with our large family excursions, even with our repeated changes. Ramon, Migul, Angel and Isidro were great at dinner, always helpful with our crazy big group with kids in their feet/path. The bartenders Oscar and Josue were always cool to chat with and deal with our craziness. Consuella always kept our messy room tidy, even when we were embarrassed to let her see lol. Its impressive how busy but upbeat and friendly they all were. I cannot stress enough how much the staff made the experience for me and my family. We felt so welcome and comfortable within a day and got the lay of the land. I would highly recommend a cozy place like this to enjoy your time. Big fancy resorts can be great, but you don’t get this kind of intimate and friendly experience unless you pick a place like Buenaventura Grand. 10/10, 100%, excellent.

Family of 15 Descends Great Facility. Lots of options for food. Tons of activities for kids to keep them entertained and private spaces for adults to keep them sane. Staff were amazing! They remembered me and all 15 of my family and took care of us so well all week. Gloria, Emmanuel, Catherin, Fausto and Celso by the pool <3 Eduardo. Consuelo did our room and she is such a lovely lady. Talia on eggs makes a great dish. So many people who’s names I can’t remember. 10/10. AND they even remember all the kids and treated then so well (even when they were little tyrants)

Always Nice to Return... even solo! I just had an amazing and relaxing week while traveling solo. All the staff at this hotel go out of their way to welcome you and treat you with kindness. I thought the food was even better than before and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious fresh fruit. There is a reason I have been coming here for over 15 years! It's so nice to hear "Welcome Home!"
