Lovely Adults Only Facility Beautiful adults only facility. Staff was kind and attentive. Juan, Ulises and Ramon were great bartenders at the pool. Super friendly and made amazing drinks. The food was fantastic and servers were great, especially Fatima. Also had a facial with Lourdes who was amazing. Victoria at the spa was sweet and attentive. Thank you all for a relaxing and amazing stay!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! We had an amazing stay at Casa Velas! The service was fantastic. Juan, at the pool bar, took extra special care of us. The food was delicious. The spa services were top notch. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and peaceful vacation.

Casa Velas was top-notch for our 20th anniversary, thank you Casa Velas!! This was the best place for us to spend our 20th anniversary. This was a top-notch location for us! I want to give a special shout out to Avalos, Daniel, and Rodolfo. They paid close attention to what we wanted and provided us with everything that we needed and wanted, & became our amigos. Concierge was also awesome, paid close attention to our needs and coordinated our extras. I didn’t know what to expect from an all inclusive resort, but Casas Velas has set the standard and we look forward to traveling to Puerto Vallarta in the future. Thank you Casa Velas and all of your staff or making it our 20th anniversary, a memorable one!

Peaceful beautiful place with amazing service Sometimes you find a place so special that you don't want anyone else to know about it. Casa Velas is that place. Grounds are beautiful. The service is amazing. Food excellent Fresh. Drinks are higher end. Peaceful. Ulises and Juan at the pool bar are great Daniel at Emillianos for dinner was always attentive and kind. Fatima at breakfast, great. Freddy at the night patio bar, truly kind and helpful. I am already planning my third trip. Just don't tell anybody.

Perfect anniversary gift to each other. Highly recommend this resort if you want peace and quiet and impeccable service. My wife and I just got home from CasaVelas today after spending 7 amazing days at this beautiful resort. So peaceful, clean, incredible service, attention to every detail. Juan at the pool, the bar staff and all the servers in the restaurant were so amazing. Clean room everyday. We can’t say enough about this resort.
