Great spot. Fantstic staff Fantastic stay here. Wonderful facilities, best views in the city in every room and its supet easy to get an uber anywhere. Wonderful restaurants near by. Large pool area, cabanas avaliable first come first serve, both poolside and beach-side. Huge shout out to the pool area manager Paul who was insanely personable and helpful. Always a plus to meet a wonderful person on vacation - staff like these are priceless and a big reson why we will be back.

BEST customer service in PVR! The BEST service from Paul and Alejandro! 10/10! I was not expecting to love any resort but my husband talked me into staying at one for a few days and it did NOT disappoint!! Everything was fantastic - from the room, to the pool, to the beach - but especially the customer service from the amazing staff - Paul and Alejandro stand out as some of the most courteous, helpful and professional individuals in the industry! Can’t wait to come back to this amazing place!

Outstanding Hotel with Perfect Service and Ideal Location! An excellent beachfront hotel with outstanding service! We were thoroughly impressed by the attentive staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The location was ideal, just minutes away from El Malecón and great restaurants, while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We loved the seamless service and attention to detail. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be returning!

Great service = great stay Staff is amazing. By the pool check in with Paul and everything you need will be taken care of. He has good recommendations for on site and area entertainment or food. Room was wonderful, pools were great and town was terrific. Dinner options on site were hit or miss. Breakfast and lunch were solid.

Best all inclusive experience ever! Food: AMAZING!! Every single meal was very very very good. Nothing compares to another resort I’ve visited before. The banana piñata and the tiramisu BEST dessert I’ve had! STAFF: very nice people, every single person. The names on top of my head now, Frida (La Ceiba), Alejandro (Pool bar), Paul (around the pool), very attentive and polite. Resort: UNBELIEVABLE! Room was clean every single day, pool really nice, clean beach, nice music, quiet and relaxing. Just amazing!
