Nice place for a few days. DO NOT JOIN CLUB. Do not sign up as member. We have been waiting for a reimbursement since April 2023. They have not answered any of my e-mails since September 2023. They are nice and will tell you all you can have but when you go on website, You can’t find any of the places available. Scam.

Someone tried entering my room in the night. The first night I stayed in my room alone, some men tried to break in. Luckily I dead bolted my door, but they only stopped trying to break in when I told them I was calling the police. I reported the event the next day with my friends and I was never updated regarding any recourse or action. I believe I wasn’t targeted again on account that I came with people. Other than that my key never worked and constantly had to be fixed at front desk, which is annoying when you’re ten minutes by foot and dangerous when you’re not sure if you’ll be attacked at night. This place is a dump that should be shut down. Every thing was damp and old, the complaints department was always full of complaints and unhappy people the beaches weren’t cleaned, and the food was disgusting.

Never again! We have been to Punta Cana many times. We usually stay at a Karisma resort...Margaritaville or Nickelodeon, which I highly recommend. This trip was booked through Monster Reservations. The "resort" is disgusting. Walking into the lobby there electrical fixtures hanging off the ceiling, paint missing and broken items. The wait for assistance was extremely long and not very friendly. The room they gave us was not livable. dirty, smelly, old, rusty fixtures, even the person who brought our luggage said it was bad. They moved us to a room on the 4th floor and there were no elevators so we had to carry our luggage upstairs...no help was offered. This room didn't smell but was just as bad. Furniture was broken, sliding door to balcony didn't work, hair in shower, mold around sink in the bathroom. The beach is actually very nice. The pool is nice to look at it...not enough chairs and they were holding adult drinking games and bikini contests in the same area that children were using the pool. The food was the worst I have ever had at any hotel/resort. I complained to the upper management and was told that the "other side" had nicer rooms and we could switch to one of them if we became "a member". My response was that if they wanted me to become a member they should have given us that room in the first place. They then proceeded to attempt to sell us a vacation membership. No Thank You. My wife called Karisma's Margaritaville (we are Emerald members) and asked if they could accommodate us in such short notice. Not only did Margaritaville book us a room for the remainder of our stay, they sent a black suburban to pick us up. We will not be visiting a Be Live property anytime soon. If you are a college student on a budget looking for cheap fun and don't care about your accommodations or food than this place is for you. If you are traveling with a family or have a little class...stay clear.
