Worst resort I’ve been too, overpriced , can’t get reservations for restaurants, had to eat in the buffet everyday, This is a true review, we have travelled many times to Mexico and Punta Cana, this is the most expensive resort we have purchased , thinking 5 star resort should be fantastic, sorry to say worst vacation resort ever, check in took about 45minutes took us to our room which overlooked the pools, the room was very nice and huge. But unfortunately it was on the 3 floor and no elevator, I recently had a hip replacement and there was no way I could manage all these stairs. We back to the front desk and asked to change the room for a Ground floor one. Was told we will change your room tomorrow, have your suitcases packed and leave by the door at 10.00am, then come to the front desk at 1.00pm. Stood in line again for 30minutes and was told room not ready come back at 4.00, went in the line up again , was told only room available was a garden view, which we accepted, then they couldn’t find our suitcases, eventually they located them and we moved, the room while nice is utter garbage compared to the other room. My son In laws mother was here with us , she had a garden view room and wanted to change to a room with the pool view, she was told she would have to pay $300 a day extra, I told them that I had paid extra for our pool view room why can’t she have that room, was told no way we will lower the price to $199 extra per night, needless to say she didn’t move. I also couldn’t manager to operate the safe, it sits on the floor, I can’t bend that far. I’m not a fussy eater all I wanted for breakfast was toast and jam, the toaster in the buffet area was not working correctly, you had to put the bread through 7 times to get it light brown , day 2 the same issue with the toaster , tried to find somebody that could speak English which is next to impossible, anyway 3 different people looked at it and I was told it’s broken . OK I’ll just have a jam sandwich then could not find any butter, after asking 4 different people 1 finally found someone who understood me and after 5minutes came back with some butter. Day 3 toaster still not working, but there was butter, I asked to speak with a manager Gregory said he was the captain how could he help me, I explained to him the issue that toaster not working properly, he said he would speak to his boss and either get it fixed or get a new one. Day 4 toaster still not working and no butter to be found, found Gregory again he explained I sent a email to my boss asking for the toaster to be fixed , not sure when it will happen, again I asked where is the butter, 10minutes later butter arrives . 5 star resort can’t even get a simple slice of toast . Everyday sitting in the buffet for breakfast , sat at the table for 10 minutes waiting to order coffee , in the end you have to get up and ask someone to bring coffee, then you are lucky to get them to understand English simple coffee and milk. Tried for 3 days to book al a cart restaurant, wait in line for 40 minutes only to be told none available. The resort it’s self is very nice spacious and clean, Never any issues getting a chair on the beach , always plenty available, beach is nice. You get pestered every 5 minutes by a vendor, The beach area only has one toilet, you go into the men’s washroom one toilet bowl ,one urnal and 2 sinks. The only door is the one going into the washroom, the lock is broke , you sit there having a crap and people are walking in to take a pee. 5 star resort and this is the washroom. A outhouse toilet is a 5 star compared to this place. At least in an outhouse only one person at a time can use it. We are from Canada $6000 for 2 a weeks stay , hardly anyone that speaks English, Have to eat in the buffet everyday, because you can’t get a reservation for a restaurant after lining up everyday, as previously stated can’t even get a slice of toast

Relaxing Dominican Beach Trip What a beautiful resort, with such excellent food, service, beach cabanas, pools, and restaurants. The Dominican Flora restaurant was especially delicious! And Our stay was complemented with a nearby excursion snorkeling on the reef, and swimming with sharks and sting rays too!

Best all inclusive resort The best resort in Punta Cana, for families with kids or babies and couples. Best quality in food and liquor in an all inclusive. It’s a great experience for foodies and has option for picky eaters as well. Recomended to visit the bar Rum Republic and ask for Maria, she’s the best.

Don’t go here The service was terrible. They wanted to put my husband and I in an adults only room and put our children in a different room on the other side of the resort. This was because they overbooked and didn’t have anymore of the garden view Junior suits that we had reserved. The “upgraded” room they gave us smelled badly of mold. Almost every day something was messed up, dinner reservations, massage reservations, and then our keys wouldn’t open our room on New Year’s Eve around 10:30. The are a mess!! No apologies given from anyone at the front desk. I asked to speak to the manager, was delayed and delayed and never spoke to them. Is there even any management?

Beautiful resort, subpar dining Amazing beachfront property and beautiful facility, but food quality and overall dining experience was not consistent with price and hotel star level
