Pure magic We are just finishing a one-week family vaca at this stunning property. We booked through our wonderful travel agent and were delighted to receive an exceptional upgrade. The grounds for this resort and Punta Mita in general are expansive, well-manicured and tranquil. Our room was gorgeous, spacious, and so well appointed. While every part of the vaca met or exceeded our expectations, perhaps the most memorable thing was the service. It was simply flawless from start to finish. Everyone we encountered was personable, attentive, timely, authentic, and laid-back. Employees we interacted with not only helped us, but regularly engaged us in conversation about our lives, spoke of Mexico and their customs, complimented us for practicing our Spanish etc. I also noticed how genuinely kind and warm the staff was not only with guests, but with eachother. My tween noted once that “any request we’ve had, they’ve never said no—they have always said sure or tried their hardest with a smile.” It was an accurate observation—the service was outstanding, even held up against other Four Seasons/Rosewood/Aman properties. I will not name individuals here, bc I would definitely miss someone and feel terrible because everyone was fabulous!! Rest assured, you will be in the most caring hands for the entirety of your stay if you come here. In terms of facilities, the spa was excellent—I am often skeptical of hotel spa value, but the massage I received was one of the best ever. The main pool is peaceful and never crowded, and has good pool food from the same kitchen as the main restaurant. There are many game rooms to keep entertained when the weather is iffy. The restaurants were good, but bc we rarely left the property we perhaps would have loved a few more options on the menu. We are fortunate to be well-travelled, and FS Punta Mita did not disappoint. We will certainly be back in the future for a relaxing and pampered stay.

Birthday celebration This is our third visit to FS Punta Mita. We had not been since Covid and were excited to return. The views and property are magnificent as always. The sunsets on the Pacific Ocean horizon are second to none. The employees exude warmth and helpfulness, remembering your name, your drink and breakfast order all the wonderful personalized service you expect at Four Seasons. Our biggest disappointment however was the pools and lazy river. The water was easily 95 degrees. Not refreshing at all. Yes, it is July in Mexico but for all of the money spent updating the pools, please invest in pool chillers so guests can use the pools in the summer. I do not ever recall the pool water being so warm that it was unusable on previous visits.

Best Place for a Restful Vacation! We stayed at Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita to celebrate my best friend's birthday. We enjoyed everything about this resort. Food, service, spacious rooms, all the people who made it an incredible experience. Not a single bad thing we can tell that had a negative impact on our trip. We highly recommend it to everyone.

A Four Seasons that falls a bit short, but not by much. Still the best "5 star" in Punta Mita. A fairly good Four Seasons. They need to improve greeting area... sat outside while checking in because the front desk is inside what looked to be a store, and the head person was dressed in casual, personal attire-- not a very professional look. Nonetheless, the staff was very eager to please and very hospitable. Special kudos to the poolside and beach staff... they were excellent. Same for Vania as our wedding anniversary hostess at Bahia. She was amazing. Food overall was very good, especially the Asian and Middle Easter fusion cuisine. Cocktails a little watered down. Suite was smaller than expected, but modern. Fantastic views. Some mold issues at the adult pool, but the lazy river was pleasant enough. If I could give it 3.5 instead of 4 stars, I would, but only because I expect only the best from a Four Seasons resort. Am willing to go again to see if they can improve on the few shortcomings we encountered.
