Bad bad experience Zero stars. Room not ready on time. Digital key would not let me from the garage to the elevator. Construction has the back entrance blocked and over half the parking lot. Very experienced traveler here. No warning on construction. Honestly. Some night should be comped.

Can improve Nice place but room for improvement. Didn’t feel I got my moneys worth for the following reasons: there were toenails on the carpet on the side of the bed, the bathroom vent was disgusting with black dirt and they put us across the room from a teenage girl birthday (with 15 girls) - they yelled, screamed and ran the hallway for hours. Not at all the relaxing trip I was seeking.

Terrible customer service I would give this hotel a zero if it was an option. Their parking lot is too small and could not accommodate my truck w small cargo trailer. The clerk was very rude and stated it’s ‘all over our website’ no apology or attempted solution. I booked this reservation on the Hilton app where there was no mention of this issue and I have also stated with them several times before with no issue. I am a loyal Hilton diamond member and spend roughly 30 grand a year with Hilton. No I don’t think this means I deserve special rules or accommodations but I do think it means I deserve to be treated respectfully. I have stayed at this location twice a year for 7 years for an event nearby. I will not stay again. The Fairfield Marriott is close by, same smaller parking lot but they were happy to accommodate my parking needs and treat me appropriately. Do better Hampton inn and Hilton. I am also a titanium elite with Marriott and will say their rates are usually a bit higher but overall they are always more friendly and accommodating.

Beware of Road Noise While the hotel was "nice," there was SO much road noise between being off two main busy roads, one of which leads to the hospital. The quality of sleep was really poor and had to turn the TV on to drown out part of the noise out so I could actually try to sleep.

So Good We Stayed Twice We stayed here twice as it was a great Hampton, but it is also one of the closest flagged hotels to Mount Rainier and Mount St. Helens. It is very convenient to Highway 512 which is like an Interstate from the western Seattle suburbs south. However, getting into the hotel from the north is a little tricky as you have to enter from a side street. The hotel is a fairly newer Hampton with great rooms. Again, we really enjoyed our stay, coming back again on the same trip.
