Just WOW Booked this a few months ago hoping COVID would allow us to travel. Stayed on the 23rd executive floor. The room was amazing, spotless and view spectacular! Highly recommend! Staff was awesome, location was perfect and best advice from concierge when asked where we should go... "Just get lost, that's the only way you will truly experience Old Quebec ". So we walked and walked, and saw everything! Definitely coming back to the Hilton.

Weekend Getaway Weekend Getaway was truly a remarkable experience. We stayed on the 12th floor with a spectacular view of Chateau Frontenac, the Price Building, the St-Lawrence river and old Quebec. The newly renovated hotel looks truly amazing with up-scale amenities and on site dining. The rooms were amazing, super comfy, top notch in-room amenities with lots to enjoy. The Pool was stellar, remarkable views fro the 3rd floor and the gym was really good and fully equipped. My only concern was that our rooms were not cleaned or stocked up. Not sure if they skipped it or was it due to covid but the coffee pods were not topped up, garbage was not emptied and the beds were not made. Usually at other hotels this would be done on the daily but again, not sure if it’s due to covid. Other than that it was an amazing hotel, amazing views would definitely go again!

Hilton Quebec City We were greeted by guest services warmly. The attending individual was mature and experienced. Our room was located on the 13th floor with a beautiful view of the parliament buildings, the Plains of Abraham, and Chateau Frontenac and the St. Lawrence River in the distance.

Warning: the queen size beds are not queen size. The standard rooms do not comfortably fit a family of 5 as the beds are "European queen" which means marginally larger than a double. When we discovered the smaller than advertised size of the beds, we inquired at the front desk. We received no explanation or apologies. Only an explanation of the charges to add a day bed or upgrade to a suite. "You'll have an amazing view In the junior suite at only this much more per night." Clearly our concern was sleeping comfortably not a view from the room. This showed little compassion for our concerns. From a brand like Hilton I expected better treatment at finding a solution. Finally they sent us a day bed, which is not a fold-away cot and thus very comfortable although it compromises the space in the room.

Weekend to remember at Hilton Quebec We just spent a weekend at the newly renovated Hilton Quebec. They did a great job with the renovation, the whole hotel interior looks modern and classy. Hotel location is next to the Old Quebec and being on 20th floor we had a great view over the city. Had fun at the pool on the 3th floor and there is spacious terrace with chaise lounges. Experience at the restaurant/bar was superb. Staff was exceptional, provided professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. The dishes and presentation were fabulous and all used locally sourced ingredients. Must try their unique La Boucane smoked cocktail at the bar. Looking forward to enjoy their hospitality again!
