Not a must stay, but you will probably regret if you choose to stay elsewhere Located at the most prime location of Quebec City and it is a prestige hotel which is a unique attraction on its own. Booked the hotel for my family and there was only double size bed at booking, but luckily got upgrade to queen size beds room at check-in. Pay attention to the hotel information sheet that will be provided to you at check-in. On it, we presently surprised to find free ice-creams and free walking tour of the Old Town. Yes, room can be bigger but it is a historical building. Amenities are nice and love the small of fragrance from the Le Labo Rose 31 collections. Parking.... you can always use the hotel valet service for $40+ (I believe), but I parked at City Hall garage for $18 which is 5 min walk from hotel

Not worth the money !! I booked the chateau frontenac hotel because I was told it was a great hotel and I had a family and friends discount so why not! The rooms are small and finely lit , bathroom doors do not lock and get ready because Everything is extra ! Coffee in ur room is extra ! Chips extra ! The fridge is locked , they will only open it if you pay for it! Good thing I had a cooler for my sons lactose free milk! I received a letter when I checked in stating that I was a destination travellers program which allowed me 50% off the restaurants in the hotel. At check out the clerk told me that it was a mistake and all my meals should have been full price ! She changed all the pricing and I was made to pay full price even though I signed for 50% off on my credit card !! That’s FRAUD!! NEVER again will I stay there ! I’m giving it 3 stars for the location !! Nothing more . I’m sure u can find another hotel close by that’s better ! Way overrated !

Château Frontenac Incredible ambiance and the location is spectacular the service is incredible and the concierge desk was also amazing . The best hotel experience that had a location second to none ,walking distance to the core of all the action and restaurants .!

Best location in the city! You can walk everywhere from this beautiful hotel. The walking tour that’s included is a must to get oriented, very entertaining and informative. Parking is expensive, but you can park at City Hall for $16 if you don’t mind walking 3 minutes.

Amazing from the moment we arrived Wonderful attentive staff and warm engaging interaction. My daughter and I received wonderful attention and genuine interest in our trip and why we chose Quebec. The staff made this a very memorable vacation
