Very disappointed, Bad service. Itsss my 3rd visit . First two were very good and thats why this time i reserved 4 rooms for 2 nights since i brought friends with me . I did the reservation 2 month earlier . 1 week before i got there , i called twice and asked for few thongs to confirm , and the staff assured me that everything will be as requested. The day i arrived everything ws wrong ,starting the reservation ith wrong floor and rooms and i had to fight for it . 2 rooms were not cleaned well and smelly . Whenever you ask for something , the answer will be ( we don't have Enough staff ), swimming e pools were dirty, and ended with a fight with house keeping manager who was very rude . Unfortunately, even the lady manager didn't help also . One thing for sure , i can't risk to invite anyone there again , not to mention spending a a great amount of money with no professional service to attend. I like the property and the view there a lot , but this time it was a trip to forget . It seems they don't care if they lose a customer who visited 3 times in the last 4 years ..Too bad ..

Lovely stay We had a lovely experience. There are many activities to do around the resort and Customer service is great. Beautiful scenery all around. Rooms are a bit old they can benefit from some reno work. Also the network coverage was non existent in the room, no idea why. It would've been nice if there was a little coffee shop inside the hotel. But all in all it was a great place to stay.

Losing luster I have been going to the Manoir for over 10 years. This might be my last time. Since the pandemic, their service has changed. Although most of the staff is friendly and hard-working, it’s not to par. Everything we ask for seems complex, or even impossible until we negociate it properly.

Great family vacation! Our family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It had so much to offer. We loved the 3 outdoor hot tubs, and the cold pool outside to get that Nordic spa experience. It had a warm, good size indoor pool and another hot tub indoors. There are two sauna options, steam or dry. It was nice that all of this was included with your stay. The game room area was a great addition with a bouncy castle for the kids and room to play. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean with a nice balcony overlooking the lake/mountains. Some reviews complained that the bathroom was outdated but I personally loved the charm of it. It is only a 25 minute drive to Valcartier. There are food options just 10 minutes down the road. Some negatives: no skating anymore but there was an area for road hockey. We found the restaurant too fancy and overpriced for our family with young kids. Would love to return here in the future!

Expensive hotel north of Quebec City Ask for lake view. Very slow internet service especially after tour buses arrive, no elevator, nice but pricey restaurant, large rooms with comfy beds, but watch out for solid wood bases that jut out, accommodating front-desk staff, great place for kids to run around, nice outdoor pool.
