Terrible The first thing we noticed was the smell in our room. Opening the window helped some. But we discovered that the air conditioning unit was not connected to the wall properly and we could see outside. It allowed outside air and noise into the room. The sheets and pillowcases were smelly and by the second day everything, including our clothing, was unpleasantly damp. The breakfast was meagre. There were scrambled eggs, but no bacon, ham or sausage. A few bread choices were available but no muffins. Assorted yogurts meant strawberry or strawberry-banana. The coffee was terrible – we bought our own at a fast food place nearby. Our freezer had not been cleaned or defrosted in a very long time, making it almost useless. The carpets were outdated and the furniture was dirty and damaged, dilapidated and unkempt. On the plus side, there were no cockroaches.

Great Stay We had an amazing stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sowm who helped me with my bags to the second floor. Our room was clean and spacious. Comfy beds. The kids loved the indoor heated pool. Breakfast was just okay, but the location was perfect and I'd stay there again.

Very nice for an older hotel We missed the breakfast the first morning. Partly on my fault, I didn’t register it was from 6 am to 9 am, all the places we stay are from 7 am to 10 am. The second morning we did make it in time. There was yogurt, but no plain. Apples were very fresh, juice, coffee, bagels, toast, cereal, and of course the wonderful waffles. It lacked eggs and breakfast meat. But all in all it was a nice Continental breakfast and included in your stay. 2 floors no elevator

Would stay here again Coaster trip to catch as many New York coasters as we could. Perfect spot to sleep after a day at Great Escape.

Easy on/off, clean Recently stayed after a concert at SPAC. wanted safe and quiet area for my teenage daughter and myself traveling alone. 20 minutes north from the venue and very easy to get to. Room was clean. Hotel was not quiet. Children were running and screaming up and down the halls until after 2am- or maybe I simply passed out at that point from exhaustion. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. Nothing special but it'll get you going and on the road. Coffee was terrible. All staff was pleasant. If we go to SPAC again I'd consider booking. Beds and pillows were really comfortable- that's what I love about Wyndham. I have a bad back and I know I'll be good to get on the road the next morning.
