Dirty sheets, huge ICK Husband checked us in and there was open bag of chips on night table. I was with family so he asked to have room cleaned. We came ba k and discovered filthy carpet, sheets that were visibly dirty, night table sticky with rings from prior guests drinks. YUCK. No other room available so waiting for night agent to change sheets and clean room. I'm disgusted and will be checking out in morning and moving elsewhere. Would rather sleep in my car. Really, you charge high rates for Quincy and don't provide CLEAN SHEETS???

a happy ending When we got to our room we found it not clean very well if at all but the front desk quickly apologized and offered me a new room. The switch was great! The new room was perfectly clean and well put together. all in all we had a fun experience for the kiddos and me.

Updates needed and a better breakfast provided. Bob was great at check in around 9pm. The room was big and looked very nice. The king size bed was hard as a rock. The TV was confusing to operate. The breakfast was substandard in what they offered. This property is showing its age. Both Fireplaces do not work

BEWARE OF BED BUGS It was our honeymoon and we stayed in the cabin suite for two nights. I left covered in bed bug bites and had to take a trip to the hospital. They confirmed they were bug bites. I felt something bite me while I was laying in bed, but thought it was a spider. I’ve never actually had bed bugs or dealt with them so I didn’t think to look further. The hotel refunded us in full, bur the people need to be aware so it doesn’t happen to them! After investing I found we weren’t the first people who have dealt with bed bugs at this hotel!

Don’t stay there We took one look at the room and requested our money back. This place is gross and the advertising is misleading. Not dirty just old and worn out. Ads called it a resort and a business hotel . Just awful
