Front Desk Angel My Husband originally booked a room at another hotel. We arrived late to the room from flight delay and once we got in the room I set my bag down and a huge flying coakroach landed on the wall while my husband was checking the bed. We instantly left and went to the front desk to let them know we were leaving. After sitting in the car for an hour looking for a hotel room we drove to another hotel that had rooms but unfortunately the front desk clerk was not trained to do overnight reservations smh well after searching and learning most hotels in the area were booked I called the Embassy suites by Hilton and spoke with an Angel, Ms. Debbie answered the phone after 2am in the morning. She let me know it was a room available. We arrived to GREAT customer service, the room was AMAZING!! The room was spacious, clean and very welcoming. The bed was comfortable. I LOVED everything about this hotel. I can't thank Ms. Debbie enough. The happy hour was nice, and breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff overall were all helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend staying at the Embassy suites by Hilton

Clean, updated hotel with great location The rooms were very clean and updated. We got a room with 2 queens and a pull-out couch. Our son said the couch was actually comfortable to sleep on when converted to a bed! The regular beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, especially for one that was included in the price of the room--great assortment of food that was pretty high quality (and real dishes and cutlery). Front desk staff, housekeeping staff, and breakfast staff were all very polite and helpful. The location was also great! You can walk to quite a lot of restaurants and shops from the hotel, and it's just off 540, but surprisingly still quiet. We travel to Raleigh quite a bit, and this will be our new go-to hotel for trips to the Raleigh area.

Great Stay I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. This is the best Embassy Suites we have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The room was beautiful and very clean. Will definitely stay here again! Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Great for a girls trip or couples weekend.

What a pleasant surprise! What a great hotel! Expected a typical embassy suites but upon checkin was surprised by the fresh modern look and feel. The front desk lady told me they had just finished a renovation and you can tell. IMO doesn't feel like an embassy suites at all. Managers reception was nice with a great selection of cocktails and snacks. Studio room was spacious, fresh, and clean. Will definitely look to stay again if my travels bring me back to Raleigh.

Renovated and clean! This hotel was Completely renovated. The Rooms are immaculately clean and new. The Lobby is impressive with a nice bar area, tvs and market. Very Friendly front desk staff. The only negative was slightly weak shower water pressure, the ring light in the bathroom mirror is too bright.
