Kind of gross. My room had no soap (only lotion), weird sticky spots on the door and side table, and the phone didn't work when I tried to call the desk. (I wound up door-dashing some hand sanitizer, lol.) The ice maker water filter was two years past its expiry. The bed was comfy, but the lack of sanitation made the whole stay uncomfortable.

Complaint Regarding My Recent Stay Throughout my stay, my room was never cleaned, which is below the standard I would expect from a hotel of your reputation. On multiple occasions, I was unable to access both the main and side entrances using my room key card. This resulted in being locked outside late at night. The intercom at the door was unresponsive, and the front desk did not promptly address the situation, causing significant inconvenience. Additionally, one of the room key cards provided to me was completely non-functional. I hope you will take these issues seriously and make the necessary improvements to avoid such inconveniences for future guests.

Amazing Hotel Travel often for dog shows. This was without a doubt the best hotel experience I’ve had in years. Clean clean clean top to bottom, in every area. Easy to use products in room. Very clean with great beds and pillows. Breakfast excellent. The staff were so kind and friendly. I honestly wish I could clone this hotel for everywhere I go. Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great room, if you can get in We frequently attend concerts and this hotel is conveniently close by. The hotel itself is clean, pleasantly decorated and the rooms very comfortable, quiet, clean, well maintained. UNFORTUNATELY, after calling early in the day to inform of my 11 pm arrival, the door was locked and no one was at the desk. We were exhausted after a four hour drive and an over 4 hour concert. We put our luggage down outside the door and I started calling. We could hear it ringing, echoing throughout the lobby. It went to a voicemail that was “not set up” according to the recording. My stay was pre paid and already charged. I kept repeatedly calling for 10-15 minutes, until we gave up. Just as we were walking away, the door opens and a staff member says “ Are you the one that keeps calling?” !!!! I told him YES. That I had called earlier in the day about my arrival time and did not expect a locked door, no one at the desk, and no way to contact anyone. No apology, no explanation, no nothing. The staff member’s appearance was disheveled, his eyes were glassy and he reeked of cigarette smoke.
