Omni Experience Omni Rancho Las Palmas in Rancho Mirage is a wonderful experience from the time you check in until the moment you leave. The Pools, the beach area, the arcade, the exercise room to the lazy river is amazing. There is something for everyone from adults to children. The BluEmber restaurant was excellent with a wide variety of food. The Omni experience will give you memories that will last for a lifetime. I highly recommend Omni Rancho Las Palmas for anyone wanting a 1st class getaway

We had a great stay. From the staff to the rooms. Everyone was amazing at this resort. Alex at the pool really went above and beyond with his hard work and his amazing energy. He gave us great service. A job well done Alex. Thank you we will definitely be back to this resort. Everyone was so nice from the front desk to the staff great job. Keep up the great work

Deceiving & Disappointing First off, the slide pictures are a top shot. Totally deceiving. Fit for a toddler. Short slide and height is not significant. Truly a joke. Park slides are comparable. Second, they couldn’t even get our 2 Queen reservation right. Tried to stick me in a King and blame it on me that I approved it. I booked my 2 queen bed via AMEX travel. Didn’t get my room till after 4 pm and they got the accommodations wrong. Left this hotel and didn’t even spend 1 night there. Horrible experience. The Director at the front desk was kind enough to refund us and apologize for the experience. Other managers were all about CYA.

I wanted this place to be so wonderful, but it just wasn’t Unfortunately, I expected a lot more. The hotel is rundown. There is stains on all the sheets and towels, and they charge you so many fees when you check out, the fees ended up being more expensive than the rate of the hotel room
