Very clean, fantastic staff, roomy, soft sheets Very clean. I travel a lot so I know what to look for. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite. Very well laid out w door we could close and small area for kitchenette/bar type stuff. Keurig coffee. They checked with us every day and met all special requests easily, no muss no fuss. Soft sheets. Large bathroom. You can tell the hotel staff takes pride. Only negative is the chain needs to update decor—looking a little worn. But cleaning and host staff are A+ and so was spaciousness.

First room was not good. The second one was excellent. The first room assigned to us had quite a few issues. Spoke to Brenda at the front desk and she was extremely helpful. She found us another room and it was everything we expected from a Cambria Hotel. She did inform us the Hotel was going to be undergoing a remodel in the near future. The staff was very helpful.

Fair - Needs Customer Training Let's just say the staff here would sure benefit, along with the customers, with training them in customer service. From the start of check-in the ladies at front desk were more concerned with a printing problem than checking us in - printing could of waited especially that there were two and then a third staff member joined them. Weird. Bistro closed - for unknown reason. Food in market area - basically was unknown (the inhouse wrapped food) plus expiration dates of 4/20??? Sink in bathroom didn't drain properly, thought after housekeeping came in and cleaned - just the bathroom mind you - how weird is that. Housekeeping didn't do anything except bathroom - I've never experienced that before. Nothing else touched in either two rooms - and apparently ignored the sink. Hmmmm Checked out and started talking at front desk on computer about checking out and she never looked at me and walked to the back, came back out and then said she wasn't the front desk lady - didn't know where she was - but how odd that the staff here doesn't actually acknowledge you when one is actually speaking with them. Room was okay, other than drain - furniture should be cleaned - large stains on the coffee table/bench - clearly hasn't been cleaned. The sofa couch also had large gaps in cushion area while sitting on it - might need a refresh of furniture. Thanks for the free coffee in front bar area - found out about it on third day - not a lot of communication.

Fair It was a decent hotel with a few issues. Bathroom sink didn’t work - slow to drain & ended up plugged. Housekeeping cleaned bathroom one day and didn’t bother to do rest of room - that was odd. Now the staff was less then hospitable - first day check in ladies wanted to fix a printing issue before actually acknowledging me or taking care of checking me in. Housekeeping - not your friendly staff. Checking out I was chatting with lady at front desk to check out and she just walked away - not even acknowledging me. She came back and said I’m not front desk lady - don’t know where she’s at - wow. She came shortly after. The fact the staff aren’t the appropriate people for the chore is okay - but maybe a training in manners would help staff acknowledging their customers.

Definitely would stay here again We enjoyed our stay. We reserved for 5 nights. The rooms are nice and clean. All of the staff that we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. *The pool was nice in good size. *The hot tub was very nice. And much bigger than the normal hotel hot tub. The outdoor patio with fire pit looked really nice. But was a little too chilly to sit out. The onsite restaurant looked nice as well but unfortunately it was not open a whole lot while we were there. *ALSO HAS MOTORCYCLE covered parking and 2 outdoor rooms for bike wash! *Nice location right off the highway (But not a whole lot of traffic) Nearby gas station. Nice restaurant within walking distance. There is a power sports dealer within walking distance. Also RV dealer within walking distance. Centrally located to all tourist area.
