Good Place The hotel is very nice and front desk are great ,breakfast not as good as before cutting back it seems and rooms are starting to weather , Don't like the TIP JAR at the breakfast area that's very tacky if you want get a card like housekeeping just as long as its HILTON approved

Amazing Value This trip was important to my family and I wanted to make sure things were as good as they could be! Not only was the hotel staff incredibly friendly and accommodating, but the place was immaculate. SO clean, so welcoming. The pool was a lifesaver for me/my kids, they enjoyed it so much. Breakfast, staff, everything was wonderful. We were so so happy to stay there and so sad to leave. What a great team they have there!

Great customer service. I don't think I have ever written a review for a hotel before, but here's why I am writing one now. So, I have probably stayed in over 100 hotels over the years for work, etc. I stayed here for a week while in town for work. I can honestly say that the customer service at this place was awesome. Like I haven't seen for years. Jason the manager was super engaging and responsive, as was the rest of the staff. Yes, the pillows were not the best. Show me a hotel that has great pillows. But I did not see any signs of bugs, the rooms and linens were clean, and the hotel was well maintained.

Customer Response My door handle was broken and I had to go to front desk 3 times before they helped me. Also, did not sleep because smoke alarm chirped all night. I reached out to Front Desk manager Mandy R. the next morning, but she did not reply to my email. I am a long time loyal Hilton customer and would expect more from management.

Spotlessly Clean, Comfortable beds and bedding. Nice Complimentary Breakfast Hotel is convenient to major roads. Room was large for the cost category and Super clean with no odors in room or common area. Parking was plentiful even on the busy Adolescent Sports Teams weekend. The review would have been a 5 star, but the larger groups (Parents) did little to keep a restful environment for those staying without family. The Hotel staff shouldn’t need to Watch others family members. Every member of the Staff was professional and friendly. They were helpful and polite. Thank you for a pleasant, comfortable stay. I would recommend this Hotel.
