Wonderful hotel on the Red River! Excellent property and next to the Red River. Rooms were clean. The property manager makes breakfast. Eggs and bacon or waffles. It was close to restaurants and activities. We liked that it had a kitchenette. The best part was the jacuzzi. We loved it.

Problems with other guests and not the hotel. Yapping dog left alone in adjacent room woke and kept us awake around 7am. We were trying to sleep in after a late evening. Also other guests did not honor the 100% smoke free policy on the premises (right outside our room.) We usually try to avoid hotels that allow pets but we made this Rez last minute and there was not much available. Our primary concern is cats because of allergy issues. Although some hotels limit pets to dogs only, this one apparently also allows cats according to some other guests.

The best stay of our entire trip. The room was huge, with 2 king beds. The beds were the most comfortable of our entire trip. Located rivers edge so was peaceful and relaxing sitting on the private patio watching/listening to the river below. The fresh made to order breakfast was a nice surprise. The chef was amazing.

Rainy Beautiful As expected, this hotel never ever disappoints us! My husband loves to fish, but the rainy weather stopped that. He was a trooper and went shopping with me instead. We had a issue with being on the 2nd floor, mu husband isn't able to take the stairs. Mike accommodated us the next 2 nights on the 1st floor. (it sucks getting old) It rained so much (WHICH IS A GOOD THING! WE WERE THERE WHEN WILD FIRES WERE THREATENING THE AREA, SO WE ALWAYS WANT RAIN) We missed the firepit by the river each night due to the rain. The hot tub area is remodeled and beautiful too. Breakfast is always grand!

Red River Fun We arrived early and didn't expect to get into our room, but needed a place to leave a luggage carrier and some coolers. The manager (Mike) informed us the room was ready and we were able to get into the room before noon. The hotel sits next to the stream that is full of trout's. The hotel is pet friendly and the staff welcome pets. Our room was nice and comfy. I really didn't have any issues or complaints while we were there. They provide breakfast and that makes this place special. Each morning Mike would have everything setup. Where this place shines is that they make your breakfast to order while you wait. Real fresh eggs...bacon and the waffles are some of the best I have ever had. I wish we could have gotten a room on the river side, but we booked last minute and you have to take what they have available. If you get a chance the river side rooms are the best. We came during the summer to get away from the heat. If you snow ski then this place is perfect. The lift is right next to the resort.
