Just what we needed! We just needed a place to stay while we checked out some local hiking (McCloud Falls is about an hour north and beautiful!). The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable! We even enjoyed the outdoor pool (also clean!) after our hike since it was pretty warm. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants so easy to find what you need.

Redwoods Road Trip Stop 4: Redding Stayed at the Holiday Inn for two nights at the end of our Norcal road trip. Reception was friendly and efficient, with status being noted. The hotel is on two levels and our room was on the ground floor (car park level). A tip I would give is when you go to check in don’t take your bags, as reception is at a lower level and there are no lifts. Once checked in go to get your bags and then you will find a door from the car park that you will be able to enter with your key card. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It felt as though the room had been recently refurbed. There was a sign in reception saying work was being carried out. There was a safe and fridge in the room. The bathroom was small, but did the job with a hood shower over the bath. Nice towels and Dove products. The room and hotel provided a comfortable stay for the end of our trip. Hotel is located just off the interstate and is located around plenty of places to eat.

Excellent Excellent service, help, and accommodations . I would love to give special thanks to Angela Gamble for her kindness, and exceptional service. My family and I loved the cleanliness of our room and the pool!would definitely recommend this location to all and stay here again. Thank you to all staff for making our experience a wonderful one!

If your looking for a amazing space to host an event look no further!! The Holiday Inn located at 1900 Hilltop Drive was amazing. My daughter had her wedding reception there and the Manager and staff made the wedding smooth and wonderful! The building was beautiful, clean and accommodating. They gave us discount rates for out of town guests and helped set up and take down the wedding décor! Kelsey helped me plan for the lay out and helped set up. We forgot a gift table and knife set for the cake and Kelsey made sure to have those things there when she saw that we forgot them. I would highly recommend this location for ANY event. If you want your event to be perfect and run smoothly look no further. The staff was kind as well. If you want to stay in a nice hotel look no further. Also the food was excellent! Five stars!!!!! Thank you Holiday Inn staff for all the amazing hard work you did to help make my daughters wedding the best.

Not ADA Compliant and needs renovation The room was clean and the staff professional, but the hotel isn’t convenient to navigate. This hotel is NOT ADA compliant. The hotel is full of stairs, long corridors, and very poor signage. Trying to find the elevator to get to the laundry room is confusing and frustrating. The hotel needs renovation.
