Oxford Suites Redding

Great Customer Service Had a great stay at Oxford Suites on July 17th Tae @ the front desk had excellent customer service & Taylor in the Bar was a great vibe she made the atmosphere in the bar very nice ! Have recommended Oxford suites to all my family that travels from WA to CA ! Thanks again Ladies ___

Comfortable Stay Stayed in a two bedroom suite divided by sitting room in the middle. Was perfect for our family. Rooms were clean. Bed was super comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful. Enjoyed a hot breakfast every morning. Would definitely stay here again.

The Tale of two Oxford Suites My sister went into hospice in early July 2024 in Bremerton, WA. My husband and I stayed at the Oxford Suites in Silverdale, Washington. It was the first time we stayed at an Oxford Suites hotel. We had a FANTASTIC stay even though it was a bad family situation. Every one was so welcoming and helpful. I had to extend my stay multiple times but it didn't seem to faze the staff in Silverdale at all. Every night they had one free soup and salad as well as a one free cocktail or wine. It wasn't just a small glass but one that you would have at a fine restaurant. They also served a great dinner menu as well. We knew all the staff by name. The cooks at breakfast even made me a fried egg, bacon and toast to bring to my sick sister. Who does that?? It made my sister's day. So when we left to return home to Arizona we were excited to stay at the Redding, CA Oxford Suites. It was totally different ! The man who greeted us was disheveled and not very helpful or friendly. Once we checked into our room we decided to head to the bar for a free glass of wine. WOW - it was a shock. The wine glass for our free wine was a small thimble. They only served a salad that had been sitting out there for hours. The girl serving at the bar was infatuated with a male patron that was sitting at the bar and ignored us the whole time. We will NEVER stay at the Redding, CA Oxford Suites ever again. HOWEVER if you are ever in Silverdale Washington you will receive more than you expect at the Oxford Suites in Silverdale. Tell them Mark sent you !!

Clean hotel with friendly staff This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and was able to take care of everything we needed. The staff working the breakfast were working hard and fast to make sure the wait wasn't too long.

Solid hotel but the TV problem was.a big downer A nice hotel that can work for 2 or more due to the “suite” layout … big problem is the TV did not work throughout the hotel while visiting and was never fixed. We wanted to watch the Olympics but could not do so.
