Need more attention. Lady upfront was alittle rude. Place is nice but needs some work. Lots of black widows if you are walking around thru the hall ways or stairs at night. Rooms are clean but outside needs some work. Jacuzzi takes a while to heat up but once hot it’s nice.

Unsafe dirty hotel with rude manager Unsafe dirty hotel with horrible customer service. Don’t get fooled by the pictures. Toilet was not clean and was clogged with toilet paper when I walked in, lots of stains on the bed including blood, broken shower, doors don’t shut all the way, broken locks, homeless people by your window, untrained staff, and manager Sunil is extremely rude. Lots of drug addicts on the property and it’s dirtier than motel 6. Unfortunately I fell for the fake pictures online and booked it for 2 nights for a seminar nearby. The door to the room was BROKEN and couldn’t shut it the first night. Went to the lobby to ask the lady to change my room or fix the door since it was on the first floor and unsafe at night. Came back to the room finding 2 homeless/drug addicts on the property right by my door:( Called again and they could not change the room till 2pm the next day due to availability. Their broken faucet, broken shower, and broken lock on the door made it the most unsafe and unpleasant trip for me. Missed the seminar for not being able to sleep all night and checked out after they were finally able to changed the room the second day. Reached out to the manager and he saw all the notes from staff and rudely started yelling that homeless at hotel doors are because of the area and he is aware that some doors don’t shut and need to be left open all night. REALLY? They did not provide refund and didn’t even apologize. I wasted my time and money going there.

Good value The property is a little older but well-kept. Easy access to the I-10 but far enough away from the interstate that noise is not a problem. Clean comfortable room with fridge and microwave. Stayed here while having surgery at Loma Linda Medical Center. The bed was comfortable. Room also had a work station and love seat and coffee table. The room also had extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, disposable razor, and comb in case you forgot to bring your own with you. Breakfast had a good selection of items. Also coffee machine served fresh Starbucks Coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if I were to be in the area.

Spotless hotel near University of Redlands Spotless hotel close to the University of Redlands. We felt secure and enjoyed the hot tub and pool. This was our first trip, but we met several business travelers who always stay at Dynasty Suites. Walking distance to several fast food spots, and close to shopping and restaurants. This hotel is a great value.

A Wonderful clean Room, Quiet, lots of Amenities My hotel stay was for one night for business, a single queen room, and the cost was similar if not slightly less than surrounding hotels. The room was clean and smelled good; the carpet looked super clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the linens looked clean and fresh. There was a coffee pot with plenty of supplies, a refrigerator, microwave, complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, a razor, shoe polish, soaps as well as shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The towels were designed and shaped into pretty shapes, the bed had a SUPER comfy Tempurpedic-like foam mattress and a gas fireplace that was both warm and great to look at. The breakfast had many many items and there was a Starbucks coffee/hot chocolate/chi latte machine that was available all day. I thought the front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. I thought this place was great and would stay again.
